[2]
- The election audit in Maricopa County, Arizona continues
[5]
in case you haven't heard,
[7]
even though it's not scheduled to wrap up until May 14th
[10]
and it might go longer.
[12]
Now there's already a whole lot to report right now.
[15]
Cyber Ninjas, the Florida based company, leading the audit
[19]
claims that a court made it security plan public
[22]
even though it was intended to be kept from public view.
[26]
Presiding judge Daniel Martin, rejected an attempt
[29]
to file the documents under seal
[31]
because of their sensitive nature.
[34]
Even the plaintiffs in the case
[36]
the Arizona Democratic Party said that the seven page
[39]
security overview should not be made public.
[42]
Nevertheless, for some reason
[44]
judge Martin ordered them filed by noon on April the 29th
[48]
which of course, made them a public record,
[51]
right there on the court's website.
[53]
It's available for anyone to view and our download.
[57]
Now we're trying to figure out why on earth
[60]
the judge would make the security plan public
[63]
even though both Republicans and Democrats agreed
[66]
it ought to be kept under seal.
[69]
As I've said in my newsletters, MikeHuckabee.com.
[72]
I've had questions about this Judge,
[74]
his Democrat connections
[76]
and the way that he received the case
[78]
after the original judge recused himself
[80]
under unusual circumstances.
[84]
I'm still looking into this chain of events
[85]
as on the surface it doesn't seem
[88]
to make a whole lot of sense.
[90]
But nothing to tell just yet in that regard,
[94]
I suppose that after this,
[95]
if the audit reveals the discrepancies
[97]
in the court count or the vote count rather
[100]
and or evidence of fraud, Democrats can always say,
[103]
"Oh the security plan was revealed,
[106]
"some evil Nazi white supremacist Trump supporters
[109]
"could have gotten in there
[110]
"and messed with our sacred ballots."
[112]
Well, anyway, Arizona audit director
[115]
Ken Bennett gave an exclusive interview
[117]
to the gateway pundit on Friday night
[119]
and he offered some encouraging news on several fronts.
[123]
Now keep in mind though
[124]
that they won't be releasing any partial results.
[127]
We're gonna have to wait until the report is complete.
[131]
Still there's positive news.
[133]
They've hired another temporary service
[136]
to help them speed up operations.
[138]
It's reassuring to know there's no deadline.
[141]
They can take as much time as they need.
[144]
And it's also good to know that in this audit
[147]
they're not just doing a recount
[149]
they're actually looking at factors such as
[151]
whether or not there were folds in the mail in ballots
[155]
and whether ovals were filled in by hand or by a machine.
[160]
All of these findings will end up going
[162]
into the final report.
[164]
Bennett was asked about the attempt
[165]
by three national leftist groups who have
[168]
petitioned the justice department to shut down the audit.
[172]
He said that quote, "All the things they say are at risk
[176]
"of happening, the ballots
[177]
"being lost or stolen or destroyed,
[180]
"totally ridiculous
[181]
"we have strong security,
[183]
"the biggest complaint we get every day is people
[186]
"from the media or observers
[188]
"are people trying to get in the building
[191]
"that didn't get their name on a list
[193]
"we have a very secure situation."
[196]
In quote.
[197]
One of the leftist groups
[198]
who are trying to shut down the audit
[199]
say they're fighting for free,
[202]
fair and accessible elections.
[204]
Oh, right.
[206]
Even as they try to stop this attempt to bring transparency
[210]
to the process.
[212]
One of my researchers came across a firsthand report online
[216]
from an Arizona resident about what's going on there.
[220]
Now we can't independently confirm, but he says,
[223]
he's been watching this audit story develop for months
[226]
and it seems credible.
[228]
He includes this odd story.
[230]
And I quote, "The County board of supervisors
[232]
had resisted any legislature, run audit
[236]
with great vigor, but after losing all the court battles
[240]
and without being requested yet by the legislature
[243]
they loaded all of the balance
[245]
on a semi-truck and reportedly drove them around
[248]
while the local news mocked the legislature
[251]
for not being ready to receive the ballots for audit,
[255]
then the ballots were returned to where they were stored."
[258]
Strange stunt and a heavy media reporting on it
[263]
that way, definitely seem more than questionable.
[267]
We went looking and sure enough
[268]
we found that kind of reporting of the event
[271]
in which the Republican led
[272]
Arizona legislature is depicted as inept.
[276]
The Arizona resident predicted that based on this stunt
[281]
no fraudulent ballots would be found, but the total number
[285]
of ballots would be fewer than expected.
[287]
Of course we'll have to wait
[288]
and see if his prediction comes true.
[291]
I would add that now there will be a chain
[293]
of custody issues
[295]
in addition to what they've been saying
[296]
about the bias of the auditors.
[299]
This is all to instill doubt in the outcome.
[303]
On the other hand, you think that if this driving
[307]
around stunt fixed the outcome to the Democrats liking,
[311]
the pressure to stop the audit would have subsided
[314]
but this person says it has increased exponentially.
[319]
More lawsuits he says, and now requests
[321]
from the Democratic party for the DOJ department
[324]
of justice to step in and even more hyped up
[327]
media propaganda, kind of makes me feel like
[330]
there's quite a bit more dirty laundry in this closet.
[335]
It just seems like the Democrats are pouring
[337]
in so much energy to try and stop the audit.
[340]
And now with those efforts, seemingly failing
[343]
to marginalize whatever the audit report contains.
[347]
It does seem like they must know what the report
[350]
will already say and
[353]
there's only one way to know that.
[355]
This person after careful observation
[357]
of the goings on, predicts two things
[359]
one, that the audit will show that some ballots are missing.
[363]
And two, that at least one kind of significant issue
[367]
will be found that will look very bad
[369]
for Democrats and probably affect more balance
[372]
than would be needed to overturn a Biden win.
[375]
Again, this is just coming from someone who lives there,
[378]
who's been watching the process very closely
[381]
and it's just a prediction.
[383]
No one can confirm anything one way or the other
[387]
at least until the audit is complete.
[389]
Also, there's no telling what might happen between now
[392]
and the conclusion of the audit to try and derail it.
[394]
Though we have no evidence
[396]
that this judge is complicit in that effort.
[399]
Don't be surprised by any turn in this case.
[404]
