Cobra Kai: Samantha Is The REAL Villain | The Karate Kid - YouTube
Channel: Satoshi Nakamoto
[0]
While everyone might think that Tory is the
Villain in Kobra Kai Season 2
[5]
In reality Samantha Laruso just like her deliquent
father is the real Villain of Kobra Kai
[11]
If you haven't seen the original video explaining
why Daniel Larusso is the real villain in
[16]
the original Karate kid film, then you can
check it out, linked below in the description
[23]
of the video.
[25]
Now lets begin.
[26]
Samatha Laruso is the stuck up, promiscious,
overly priveledged, bratty, hit and run teenage
[32]
daughter of Daniel Laruso
[34]
The series starts out with her dating some
guy who physically assaults her future love
[38]
interest Miguel (so clearly she likes the
bad boys)
[43]
Then the same guy goes on to attempt to sexually
assault her in a movie thetere, before she
[47]
finally breaks up with him
[53]
She then begins dating Miguel after he saves
her from a fight that she instigated
[58]
Miguel is a hispanic American who is a stand
up young man with strong family values ( and
[64]
taught Karate by Sensei Johnny Lawrence)
[67]
Behind Miguels back, Samantha begins seeing
Robby the future felon estranged son of Johnny
[72]
Lawrence who is just looking for a second
chance (that's sarcasm)
[77]
Later on she confronts Miguel at a party with
Robby present (while acting like they are
[81]
just friends), she times it just right and
gets between the two of them, and allows herself
[86]
to get hit by Miguel in the process.
[89]
Miguel immediately apolgizes for something
that he clearly did not intend to do, and
[94]
that Samantha clearly orchestrated
[97]
Regardless she breaks up with Miguel and starts
dating Robby who nows lives in her guest house
[102]
after she manipulates her father into letting
him move in.
[106]
At this point we can now introduce Tory, who
will become the main rival of Samantha's and
[112]
the Heroine of the Cobrai Kai series.
[114]
Tory is a girl who comes from a poor family,
but doesn't let that get her down.
[119]
She's hard working, and stands up for herself.
[122]
After a quick sparring match between her and
Miguel at the Cobra Kai Dojo,
[126]
she invites Miguel out who, still has a broken
heart from the break up with Samantha.
[137]
She helps Miguel's heart to heal, and then
they start dating.
[140]
Samantha later attends a get together, where
Tory is hanging out with Sams former best
[145]
friend whom Samantha ditched when she became
one of the cool kids, and now wants to make
[149]
up with, after the cool kids ditched her.
[152]
When a robbery suddenly occurs, she automically
accusses Tory of being the thief (without
[158]
any proof), she then gets into a physical
confrontation with Tory who denies stealing
[163]
anything, but instead tries to walk away.
[167]
Sam attempts to snatch her purse, at which
point Tory pushes the violent Samantha off
[171]
her who then trips and falls backwards into
a nearby table and gets covered in food (as
[177]
she rightly deserved).
[178]
Angered by her inability to physically intimidate
Tory, Samantha then begins training in Martial
[184]
arts at her fathers illigitmate dojo called
Miyagi Do, which is named after Daniels former
[190]
Master and enabler.
[192]
While Tory is working at her job at a roller
skating rink (we can't all have rich parents
[197]
like Samantha), Samantha and Robby walk in,
Samantha spots Miguel who was there helping
[203]
Tory, jealous that Tori is now dating Miguel
who's heart she destroyed, she begins flirting
[208]
with Miguel, Tori notices this and moderately
bumps into Samantha (as a non verbal que to
[215]
back off)
[216]
Rather than take the hint, Samantha violently
attacks Tory, sending her crashing to the
[221]
ground.
[222]
She and her delinquent boyfriend Robby are
then thrown out of the roller rink, for Samantha's
[227]
vicious attack on Tory.
[229]
Fast foward, Tory and Sam again end up at
the same social gathering.
[233]
Tory, still upset about Sams previous assault
on her, challenges Sam to a drinking match.
[240]
Tory loses and Samantha comes out victorious
like a true sorority frat girl
[244]
Maybe it's thanks to all the practice she
got when while intoxicated (and underage),
[249]
she slammed into the car of Johnny Lawrence,
almost totaling it, after which she fled the
[254]
scene with her friends.
[255]
But I digress.
[257]
Now back to the present, feeling empowered
after beating Tory at the drinking game, Samantha
[262]
decides to go after Miguel once more, and
proceeds to make out with him, something that
[267]
Tory witnesses from a distance.
[270]
After the underage drinking party gets shut
down by the cops, Sam, almost too drunk to
[275]
walk, begs Robby, not to take her home, so
instead Robby bring her to his fathers place,
[281]
where his father Johnny Lawrence quickly helps
Daniel Lorusso's drunken daughter.
[286]
Not before long, Daniel tracks Samantha to
Johnny's apartment, violently kicking the
[291]
door in when Johnny doesn't let him in immediately,
and then forces Samantha out of the apartment
[296]
(who was still sleeping off her drinking).
[298]
A short time later school has started again.
[302]
Tory is understably still upset about Samantha's
numerous attempts to steal her boyfriend.
[308]
Tory breaks into the schools Mic room
[309]
(Let's make this clear Tory is wrong for doing
this)
[314]
now using the Mic she issues a challenge to
Samantha, at which point, it remains nothing
[326]
more than a verbal challenge).
[329]
Samantha being the delinquent she's is, and
not one to back away from a brawl, chooses
[334]
to confront Tory instead of simply walking
away.
[337]
After confronting Tory, Samantha gets into
a physical altercation with her, where she
[342]
comes out victorious)
[343]
Her violent new Boyfriend Robby (who she's
still dating after making out with Miguel
[348]
behind his back), then severely injures Miguel
when Miguel chooses not to continue fighting
[354]
him in their brawl that was happening at the
same time.
[357]
The season ends with Miguel, in the hospital
unconscious and fighting for his life.
[362]
His Sensei Johnny Lawrence who is completely
broken by the current state of events walks
[367]
about lost, while Samantha ultimately pays
no price for any of her horrible actions throughout
[372]
the entire season.
[374]
May Tory finally get even in season 3.
[378]
And there you have it Samantha Larusso was
the real Villain of Cobra Kai.
