Welcome, friends to week three of Fallout 4 Mods weekly.

It's getting spicy. Lots of exciting things cookin'.

And there's lots of small mods that do a lot of good

So I tried to like cook 'em up into the smorgasbord of modding goodness for you guys to enjoy

So, so far we've improved lots of things in the game.

Except for one pretty damn important one (wat the wat?)

The ground..

That shit's everywhere aaand it's not the prettiest ground you've seen

a'right.. Don't flatter yourself, ground.

I think we can do better..

from the creator of vivid landscapes for Skyrim comes..

Vivid Fallout 4!

A mod that doesn't really add new textures but aims to improve the vanilla ones

And he's done this by sharpening them a little bit..

Adding some new normal maps

as well as some slight shadowing and...

Tadah!

Textures that look way better.. than the vanilla ones

..in pretty much every single way possible

Without this mod on. The ground looks like a blurry mess

with this mod on. The ground looks like it has some texture. Pops out. It looks less flat.

And my favorite part about this mod. Probably gonna be the leaves

I mean, they just look so realistic

You download this mod and it's gonna make a world of difference

Your game will immediately improve.. Visually. Guaranteed or your money back.

which is nothing...

This mod is free.

According to the mod author. These textures are actually about 1/4 less V-RAM heavy than the vanilla ones

I don't even know how that's possible..

Did Bethesda done goof somewhere along the lines?

but if this is true then forget the aesthetics, a'right.

This is gonna save you some performance, apparently.

There is, literally, no reason not to get this mod.

So, one of the biggest, if not THE biggest complaints of Fallout 4 was the

"Dialogue Wheel"

Lots of people didn't like it. Lots of people wanted the dialogue options to be fully written out

and presented in the list

like the previous Fallout games.

And that's exactly what this next mod does

This is.. "New Dialogue"

This is Russian Technology, boys.

It was the developed by the Russians first.

and then translated by our Scribes.

Fucking Russians, beating us at everything!

Anyways, I should express my gratitude.

This is definitely gonna be a HUGE help to a lot of people out there

It is over a million views already.

Two-hundred Thousand downloads.

So, I tried it out for a while.

I found myself spending in a little more time going through my options

I found that I was almost always certain about my choice compared to vanilla..

I also find myself choosing different options than I did the first time around because I knew what I was gonna say

and last of all. I'm disappointed that sarcasm is now no longer a surprise because it's written right there.

I enjoyed it being a surprise

Maybe it's not that way for everybody

but overall it's definitely a much different experience than the vanilla game

and you should give it a try. See if you like doing it this way better than the vanilla.

So, there are A lot of Pip-boy re-textures right now.

I know everybody AND their mothers has their own Pip-boy re-texture.

I wasn't gonna show another one of these but this one really caught my attention

It is not nearly the most popular

but in my eyes... It is the best looking one so far.

Maybe it's the triangles? I love triangles, you know, FUCKING TURNS ME ON!

but yeah.. Everything other than the Galactic Empire Logo on the cog here

Is a custom made texture by this dude.

But I recommend that you change your Pip-boy light to maybe..

A Dark Red.

Matches the meter. Matches Darth Maul. Girlfriend wanna use a No Sexist? >:(

Make it bright pink

Don't have a girlfriend? :(

Use that shit yourself. It looks pretty damn good. ;)

and it kinda matches this triangle over there. :D

Again. Everybody's taste is different.

But this one is probably the one that I'm gonna be using from now on.

So we've improved lots of aspects of your Pip-boy

but there's one last thing

Maybe not the last, maybe the most important.

That is... The Map.

with the Improved Map With Visible Roads.

A simple mod. That simply makes all the roads brighter on the map.

so you can actually see them.

I found this incredibly helpful. A lot of the times I wanna take the main road to my destination

until I realized how hard it is to actually fucking see the road.

This mod makes it a lot less frustrating to find the roads to where you wanna go.

Small improvement for a big difference in your game-play.

Next up, we have some sound replacers

Hand-picked by yours truly.

Whoever thought that it was a good idea

to do a cash register sound everytime you gain experience

It sounds like you're making cents (Get it haha! sense?)

*Shots fired* literally coz he actually shot that flying nope. (Okay that was a bad joke, sorry. Back to making subs.)

Chomp-chinged (what?)

I have a sound that's about a million times better.

I'm talking.. A small loan of..

That's right

Now every time you gain a little bit of experience

Donald Trump will say...

*listen to his majestic voice of a million dollar every time you gain exp*

And with that sound.. You feel the progression.. Within you.

Just like how Donald Trump, will progress America to a better fu.. Okay I'm just kidding.

Also who is the one that came up with the vanilla FatMan sound?

What? They hire some random phony to go *does an amazing whistle sound*

My grandmother could do that... and she's dead.

But you know what's impressive? And Incredibly inducive to kicking more ass?

*And his name is!!!*

This is the John Cena Fat Man Sound Replacer

(Can't see it coming!)

Shooting a Fat Man should be an epic experience.

We need a sound effect that's just as epic to go along with it.

And what's more epic.. Than fucking, John Cena?

I mean not, not like fucking John Cena but.. (#NoHomo there.. I saved you.)

Also dying in this game is fucking depressing. (Death should be fun.)

*Dramatic Fallout death music cues*

The sound that plays is such a downer and makes us wanna give up and just stop playing the game.

You know what's more inducive of getting you back in the game?

*Justin Bieber's death music plays*

(Yeah that's what I call it these days.)

Now every time I die.

I die gracefully.

It makes you feel like you did your best.

You know, you got knocked down..

but you're gonna take that hit and you're gonna comeback stronger.

*cries real tears of encouragement*

Alright, so this portion of the show consists of a speed built.

The fastest car dealer you've ever seen assembled in front of your eyes.

*buncha reasons and stuff.. read it.*

This is a mod that adds hundreds and hundreds of new items that you can place in your settlements called..

Settlement Supplies Expanded by Troy Irving

So first things first we're gonna need a crazy gigantic door for our top of the line Car Dealership.

There's even a new type of wall you can be placing.

Kind of feels like you're playing Tetris™ when you're laying these down.

I suck at Tetris™. (He just had to point that out like I pointed out the Trade Mark.)

Even come in like single blocks that feel like Minecraft™

Then you got your gigantic ass™ platforms here

which you could pretty much build an entire brotherhood of steel base if you wanted to.

You can sort of have these steel walkways.

I placed them in the wrong direction.

Now it's like a hurdle track.

Every car dealership needs a boxing ring.

Nothing screams fancy than a gigantic bridge walkway leading up to your door

We're gonna add some walls and a roof to this bitch.

Car dealership needs lots and lots of lights everywhere to showcase the cars properly.

We're just gonna need lots of juice.

Alright, let's make a switch. Connect them all.

And we have lights!

We need strobe lights now!

Alright, so this mod allows you to place not only cars but Pre-war cars.

We teleported these cars back from time.

Only our car dealership offers it.

Down in the fronts we need to showcase the lower-end models so people are enticed to walk in further.

Once they've made it to the second floor.

They're gonna stay because..

We have another mod called..

Pin-up Better Pictures

A mod that replaces many of the existing vanilla Pin-up posters with better ones

drawn by the same artist that made the other Pin-up pictures from that Pip-boy mod wallpaper.. thing.. I showed you lots of words.. oh my god.

But he made sure not to replace the PUSSY cats.

.. and the Sail Boats because those are pretty awesome!

But that's right. Comin' for the cars.. Stay for the Pin-up Posters.

Now if they come in with their children. You know, we need to distract the children.

This mod adds an interactive

Category of objects you can place

from the hanging rustling cans

to the Porta-diner

to the Juke & Jive.

Not to mention.. The grenades.

Your children are gonna have so much fun here.

But wait.. We need to pimp out this walkway.

There is now a category of trees! Every single tree in this game you can now place.

As well as Rocks to add a touch of nature

Now we're gonna light it up so it looks super top-of-the-line.

But wait... *gasps*

We've run out of space..

Thankfully there's another mod for that as well.

A mod that adds a new console command that when activated on the workshop, expands the budget..

So there's now pretty much, no limit. To how much you can build

in your settlement.

We're going to the fourth floor.

The fourth floor will be flooded with fancy seats

and beds from the institute.

Right. So those are some high quality-ass mattresses.

You know, fucking sleepees has nothing on us.

Bunch of seats and lockers for them to store all their stuffs

and have a night to enjoy before they leave in the morning with their new car.

One-hundred percent customer satisfaction rate.

And that my friends, is how you build the most successful Car Dealership in five minutes

in the wasteland..

until the lawsuits come in from the children blowing up from the grenades.
