is phenomenal it backs right up to

you can make a right right onto the main

now in 2018 i guess they decided to cut

they sold the property and remaining

started building in there

in this year of 2020

and the toll brothers product is selling

gangbusters now the neighborhood is not

huge

but it does have a lot of amenities it's

got basketball courts

it's got tennis courts it's got an

indoor fitness area

it's got a clubhouse and it's got an

outdoor pool with a giant slide

so it does have great amenities

homes so prior to 2020 were built by dr

average price point was about six

hundred thousand dollars

for about four thousand square feet and

about a third

of an acre that's average so right now
