hi guys welcome back to my channel this is byanca  a few days ago i did a story on my instagram that  

i shared this condo of living for the past month  and so many people are so interested about this  

condo so i decided to make an exclusive video  about this condo just to share with you guys  

what does this come to offer because you know we  only pay for 400 here per month and in this condo  

we have co-working we have two pools we have a  sun deck and our room is pretty nice it's very  

small but you know they have like everything  that you needed so it's pretty good deal  

well yeah let's go inside and i'll try to just  do a like one cut challenge video today because  

honestly i don't really want to put so much work  into this video so yeah let's just to make it  

simple okay all right so this is the name it's  called the base central pocket there's a bunch  

of the base candle complex in phuket so we have  this one it's a different one it's called the base  

downtown i think and behind this building it's the  central phuket mall so it's quite close but this  

one this one i think is the newest one and it's  the best one so we're coming here this is the  

entrance area see everything looks pretty pretty  clean and we have like a pool over there uh  

over there has another pool this is kind of like  the uh how do you call this like a reception area  

or waiting area quick break to today's video guys  if you're looking to come to thailand soon there's  

one thing you have to have to enter the country  is you need to have a medical insurance i am using  

safety wayne the reason why i recommend is um  there's two reasons it's very easy and very fast  

literally take like a few minutes to sign it  up i'll put the link in my description box and  

also the first comment the second reason why i  recommend it is because by saying enough through

and now let's get back to our video so whenever  you have friends here you just yeah they can just  

you know wait here and that is before oh we also  have a gym but i'm gonna be showing us very soon

all right i think so now i'm just gonna bring  you guys to um the co-working space which  

we have been spent uh you know lots of  time there every morning i just wake up  

i made myself a cup of coffee and then i go to  the co-working right away working until noon  

gonna go back to have lunch editing videos stuff  like that all right this is in the third floor and  

you do need this car to access basically  everywhere third floor so this yeah this is uh  

here we also have different languages because you  know lots of russians chinese also thai people  

living here so they have all different language  but yeah no russian here so this is the co-working  

normally it's quite busy here so  i don't think i'm gonna be talking  

talking that much i'm just gonna show  you guys how they look inside all right

he also can just chill outside as well as you  can see still raining so i've got like two table  

on that side and then we got sofa so you can just  you know lay here or come here have your lunch  

yeah don't feel like filming that much  to people who are just chilling there  

anyway so coming right from the co-working space  we are here at this sundeck now it's like raining  

uh i don't really see many people actually hanging  here because you know during the day it could be  

really really sunny so it can really burns  you out but you know i feel like this place  

is actually perfect for if you have friends here  you can just come home here for like a brunch you  

know whatever it's like pretty nice it's reading  a book in the morning and we live actually right  

there you see the light then it's not there and  wow look at this guys so this is the first pool

it's actually quite busy every day a lot of  people going there i have never swim there  

honestly but i do i want this one this one is my  favorite one and that one is like oh where's my  

hand that is like denny's spot he's basically  there every day and that's how he got his tan  

okay now i'm gonna take you guys to the gym i  think i forgot to mention that in the beginning  

so the gym is at the second floor you have no idea  how how how much hour how many hours that daddy  

spent in a gym every day he wakes up he goes to  the gym right away and then before we go to sleep  

he go to the gym again you know he walks at  least to 20k steps every day and i'm really happy  

for that actually he lost a few pounds and looks  quite crispy now all right let's go to the gym now

you can also you know just  grab like water there as well

you know even during around like eight or nine pm  

the co-working is still quite busy a lot of  people working online here and that's uh one  

of the part that i really like about leaving this  condo because everybody's like quite motivated and  

a lot of people are just like working as  digital maps so it's um i think it's pretty  

nice vibe here if you're also working  online okay this is the second floor

so that is the chin people are  still working out there let's see

i've got some a few uh free wits  i don't know how to call them  

there's some bench here yeah that's it

it's not a big gym but you  know it's quite functional  

of course you got like water you can feel your  water here as well sometimes you can just take  

your own yoga mat you know just do some yoga here  yeah i've been here a few times let's go nice  

here and sometimes i just see danny from our room  here he's like walking on the treadmill every day

all right okay so from the gym you don't have to  go back to the elevator because behind me you can  

just walk it down there to the first pool but  first so this is the toilet guys as you can see  

this condo just maintains so freaking well  honestly look at this everything is like flawless  

like so clean we got some flowers look in this  tissue box this is a condo and i will paint for  

owning 400 dollars for this this is like first  style hotel or even resort i would say toilet

okay now i think i need to turn off the light  save some electricity let's go to the pool

it's so dark right now

you can also just chill here

and the water is pretty clean

and that is the shower area after the swim

so yeah that is pretty much the first pool  

and now i will show you guys the  second floor which is right over there

and they also just re um dates the floor i  don't know why it looks perfectly fine to me but  

you know it's pretty good so yeah  this part is like completely new

i love this walk look how pretty it is so  you just go up and then you're gonna be  

into the second pool so i think um this condo has  three buildings uh we're living in the building  

uh a b b yeah we lived in the building  a before so this is the second pool  

so in order to go there you  actually have to swim there

and this is the best part

yeah gym go working in the first of all standard  case right there and we'll leave it right there

as you can see lots of glory greenery always  having a hard time to pronounce this word  

greenery in this candle complex  look how beautiful this is

and also this 400 is not just for the renting  no it's also for the wi-fi electricity water and  

everything i mean for this money like i don't know  even from the city where i come from like in china  

to leave somewhere like this i would probably  have to pay around more than 1 000 euros i think  

at least this is very good condition yeah  look at that guys that's the gym we have been  

so here we have like a bathroom it's  right here and then let's go to our room

and also um in order just to come  to this area you need this car  

as well because it's pretty like private

all right let's go

so this is the building we are living  in and we are leaving and eighth floor  

in the beginning we were leaving and that one  uh building a and it was the uh floor five  

it's all right you know but it's a little bit  smaller than where we're living right now so  

then he never gives up like whenever  he gets like you know he got like a  

that that not that a good [ __ ] i'd probably  have to cut this out whenever he got like a  

social room he always go to ask if there is a  better choice so yeah we always manage to stay  

in the best uh how received we could have  which i really appreciate that he never  

gives up so now we this room is a little bit  bigger but we still pay for the same money  

okay so this is us so it is for look in this view  guys this is our view all right let's go say hi

you see how many room is that  yeah pretty small so where are we  

and this one it's fine we're moving out tomorrow  so it's fine to tell you guys which number

and yummy nice yeah i guess so this is our  room uh we're just walking uh this is uh  

the kitchen got like a huge refrigerator oh  thank you and that is the bathroom office  

yeah pretty much every room in this condo looks  exactly the same you got a washing machine  

you got a pen and water boiler or the toaster  yeah and then come inside that is the bedroom  

and living room because like closet tv big closet  and this actually was here but because uh danny  

walks a lot in the room so we moved to the side  very cute little sofa some fake plants lamp  

and also this as you can see yeah we work a  lot so everything is a little bit messed up  

but other than that it's pretty cool that is the  bedroom but that is the bed yeah some paintings  

and you also got oh [ __ ] i don't want to  show you guys that darkling so this is the view  

today is raining but you know normally we  see the sunset from right here it's actually  

pretty nice so guys yeah the whole month is  400 something around that but if you don't  

want it that long you can also just  do it weekly my friend me i just come  

from chiang mai to live here for a week and i just  gave him a girl give her the contact and she paid  

four thousand baht for um seven days which is  still a pretty pretty good deal you can also  

just find them on airbnb i think if you book  through airbnb this uh room is probably around  

how much is that baby 2 21 20 17 here like 20  i'll get 20 yeah yeah um but weekly around like  

twelve thirteen i guess we would link our guy we  rented from but he is not honestly yes guys like  

sometimes he doesn't answer for days yes normally  we we always leave the context for you you know  

but this guy just like not that we're responsible  not responsible responsive responsive responsive

even like we're asking yo can you just come  to pick up the money he like he's like yeah  

i will come i'll come but until the day  we're going to check out he never shows up  

luckily we extend our stays oh it's better than if  he would come around all the time yeah oh that's  

actually yes but yeah i'm just destroying the  pan here so hopefully you don't know why would  

you say that that's a secret okay and also the  water was not really working so shall we shower  

for two weeks already seriously i'm so excited  like you can just text it i'm so excited tomorrow  

we're gonna leave because i was like oh finally  i can have the hot shower again god damn it  

anyway guys this is very casual um you know  my apartment video so if you ever come to  

phuket i think uh this kind of complex could be a  really nice choice and also if you're looking for  

just like long-term long-term rental or you know  so one month you can just go to the first floor  

which i just showed it to you ask the office and  they will give you the price which is 13 600 per  

month but if you um rent it through the office  you have to give the deposit and you have to  

pay the water and electricity separately so yeah  anyway i think i'm yeah i think i'll just give you  

the link of this airbnb yeah you will figure it  out just just put my phone number there and then  

we'll see if you will answer i don't know i think  he will i don't know he doesn't even answer to us
