in 2011 the result of a very famous NBFC company was about to come

but...

next morning many SMS floats and in that SMS

and it is written in that SMS that the results of this

company are going to be very bad

and all of a sudden there's so much of hammering

that company's stock falls 20% before the results are out

and result comes negative

its promoters believed that here bear cartel's did hammering

& it needs to be investigated

in today's video we will understand some other aspects about operators

how do they function

in last video we discussed how bull operators work, but today

we will cover some case studies of bear operators

everything is normal and fine but suddenly in the month of febraury

massive selling starts happening in infrastructure based stocks

almost 23 companies of infrastructure

where it includes many company of Anil Ambani group

like reliance infra

and rest of the companies like NTPC, Jayprakash associates

infact people didn't even leave Rcom

everyone was washed

was suspected

that there's a hand of operator who made a group and did all this

and damage of that extent was

in 1 day 3,00,000 crores of capital was wiped off from insfrastructure space

Anil Ambani ji went to Intelligence Bureau and complained

he told we even know that which operator did all this

Mr.Singhania was behind all this

it is believed through my sources that he is worth more than 800 crores

by doing hammering his net worth became more than 800 crores

and he was a bear operator

last time we understood how bull operator works

today let's understand how bear operator works

their way of working starts with a fundamental aspects

what's that aspect?

all this bear operators keeps all the news of market

in and out they know almost everything

what's going on in which coperate house?

which coperate is in losses?

which one is in water?

which one is good and where we will find weak point?

and they just wait for a chance

you should understand

that an operator does not drop his missile everyday

he will operate but for his main bet

for that he will wait for the right moment

what could be the right move?

this could be budget's move

ths could be panic of Covid pandemic

this could be a sudden political judgement

or it could be IT raid

or internal company's information

which is still not known to public but that operator knows

they wait for that time

that when the right time will come when market participants will also

get into panic mode

and then we will play our whole game

something similar happened about 1-2 year ago today

in Zee share

where its chairman wrote a letter and he told

that some negative influencers are hammering my share

this is before they were about to deal with Sony & others

yes we have discussed before that who were the influencers

somewhere there was involvement of KP

let me tell you friends

basically bear operator's first find

that which company is doing the most pledging

now what's this pledging

when you are the owner of a company

then you have different ways to raise money

one is IPO

that your company has goodwill now introduce an IPO and

take money from public this is one way

second is obviously loans

which you also use for day to day operational activities

plus for capital expansion

but when you don't have both ways

your IPO is over now your shares are in bad condition

you need money for day to day operation

then promoters do pledge

pledge means by borrowing their shares with NBFC/bank

against that they they take money

what happens with this

the party in front of it says

who is giving them loan

we will give you 70-80% money of the shares you keep

so if they give 100 crores of shares then they will give 75 crores loan

and your interest will continue here

when you have money then you take your shares out

promoters think that if not today then tomorrow we will get out of this thing

now remember

pledging happens only when

when no one is ready to give loan to them

and why no one is giving loan because

banks know that their loans will not be recovered

no one can do better inspection than banks

banks feel that their asset is toxic

their plant and machinery has no power

so banks directly say no we can't do

but there are some other private lenders who give them pledge

so friends what's the biggest risk here

that as soon as this news reaches in the ears of the operator

so he starts to find out from his sources

that how much is the financial stability inside

and once they know there is no financial stability

so they slowly starts making their short position

they slowly approach to such institutes who have major stakes

for example like

let's take example of Anil Ambani some years ago he blamed that

to whom I pledged my shares

they didn't giave me right amount of time

and offloaded which led to more hammering

it is believed

bear operators including Singhania sahab

had already talked with institutions

that

anyway you are at a loss

we will give you a chance

let's decide a day together and attack

by selling shares let's make the situation worse

so company will collapse while it was not

so bear operators started hammering

and Akruti made its 52 week low

remember 2009

internal people knew that promoters are capable enough

to pay all the interest & stability is not so worse, market condition is bad

so a bull operator stood in front of Singhania sahab

now watch the scene 52 week low

F&O stock this is futures & option stock

in january this future & option stock makes 52 week low

and in febraury it makes 52 week high

where it was from there it increases to almost double triple

ok game is not over here

the day it makes all time high the next day they are removed from F&O

because of volatility

and in march end it again makes 52 week low

can you just imagine?

what kind of game was it? because previously

bear operators prediction got wrong

bull operators were right

but later found out one more thing

their one debt was to default with Barclays

seeing which the bear operators started selling 11 lakh shares

due to which there was all time low

the point is, how do we avoid these things?

this bull & bear operators will fight and go

but how can we protect ourselves

so now I will tell you 4 ways

first thing

make sure to trade in stocks where on an average its volume is greater than 1.5 lakh

on an average its greater then 1.5 lakh in daily basis

why?

because operators usually first tries to find penny stocks or where volume is less

where he can easily make circuits with his money powers

but what should we do for blue chip stocks?

now here you have to check by going within the line

when operators have to drop blue chip stocks

or they have to hammer or their shorts are stuck

then they use something like whistle blower

can you remember something? some time before

somewhere whistle blower happened

recently

last year after 3-4 months of pandemic some news were floating

I also got calls from many people

third thing is they will plant fake news

& most imoprtantly will attack pledged shares

first thing is see volume

second thing if any big company is doing agressive pledging

you will get it on BSE website that which company is pledging

stay away from those companies as much as you can

because one does pledging only when he can't take loans

and yes there some big companies who pledges occasionally

you see their previous track record

if they have taken pledge before can they get out

if they can get out then its ok because sometimes in few businesses

have cycles due to which sometimes they need to pledge

and they have confidence in them

that whatever the interest rate is we can get out

if promoter is strong you hold it

and if there is no back dated history and suddenly

these people do a lot of pledging so be careful good companies sinks

there was ABG Shipyard,

GTL and many more companies were there whose condition was bad

third thing is

when the odd news of any company comes

you might remember PC Jeweller

there news was floating that promoter gifted his shares

and they could not justify themselves in tv channels

after that Vakrangi comes and takes stakes in jewellery company

or jewellery company takes it

when you have this type of confusions or you can't understand anything

then stay away from it

next important is see delivery percentage

open NSE website type your share there

and historically you check that there

how much is delivery percentage

delivery % should be atleast 40-45%

if it is not then please don't get into this thing otherwise it will be risky

next thing you have to understand is that

short seller is not always bad short seller is like police

they are warning you before so technically if any good stocks

is breaking with huge volume

then it's giving you a alert

Yes bank

was started breaking before its news came out

why?

because bear operators already got the news

that what's going inside

so this works as a police it warns you

so if you have a stock in your portfolio

which is performing good from last 50 years

but...

suddenly it's showing such a breakdown which was never seen before

and there's huge hammering without news

so understand that the news is about to come

even Jet Airways before drawning it was like 350-360

let me tell you one more intresting thing a classic case of Urja Global

what exactly happened in this company was that one person spotted that

the foreigner company which he was working with

so is there really such scene or not?

so he directly mailed the foreigner company

so they responded no we don't have any connection

so he now directly mailed to Urja Global

he told them you are lying and with that your shares are rising

Urja Global did not responded even after 15, 20, 30 days

then he wrote letter to his Baby

baby got letter

and baby forwarded this letter to Urja Global

that see we have a complain against you

do you know what happens after 3-4 days

after 3-4 days

suddenly the deal which was going to happen with the foreign company

due to which the stock rising

was cancelled due to some reasons

and this man whose name & number nobody knows was threatened in call

from company that don't do all this all this are withdrawn

question arises that the complain mail was sent to baby

so from where this threat call was made to that man

and suddenly everything changed

and there's no reaction of baby

because it was given to the baby in written

the man who found the loop hole was not a share holder

he is not in a position to answer us

baby told yes he does not has share then how

this means if we are not share holder of any company

and if we find any loop hole and inform them then also nothing will happen

this is reality if you google it you will found out

so friends first way is to see delivery percentage

if suddenly its volume spikes or if its volume is less than 1.5 lakh then attack it

third thing is pledging if shares are pledged

then be careful because bear operators may hammer

and before going I will tell you one more thing

many people say people don't take operators name openly

today I took 2-3 operators name and also in last video

because operators themselves have become smart

bear & bull operators after series of event they have seen the history of stock market

so operators never want their name to be exposed

they don't want to be in any vain

now they have gone to stealth mode
