Get Tons of T-shirt sales on Teespring with these methods! - YouTube
Channel: Shimmy Morris
[0]
Welcome to part two on how to get more print-on-demand sales in
[4]
yesterday's video we discussed red bubble.
[7]
And in today's video, I'm going to be talking about how to get
[9]
more sales with the Teespring platform.
[12]
I was going to discuss Redbubble anti spring in yesterday's
[15]
video but the video was getting a bit too
[16]
long so I thought I would make today's video about Teespring.
[20]
So if you're wondering what yesterday's video was if you haven't seen it.
[23]
Basically, I went through a few different methods to increase
[26]
your chances of getting more print-on-demand sales
[28]
because obviously I just have To say nothing is guaranteed.
[31]
There is no magic formula that's going to 100% guarantee you get more sales.
[37]
All we can do is try different tactics
[40]
and methods to increase the chances of getting more sales on these various platforms.
[45]
So, yesterday we spoke about Redbubble today,
[49]
we're talking about tea spring. If you haven't already,
[52]
smash the like button, please. Smash that like button.
[54]
It would mean the world to me. And if you are new here,
[57]
my name is Jimmy Morris. I talked about print on demand on Can you ship making money online,
[61]
Amazon FBA? All of these kind of things.
[63]
And if any of this interests, you, please don't forget to smash that subscribe button.
[67]
I am so so close to 50,000 subscribers and,
[71]
you know, you can really help me get there. So let's just get right into this video,
[76]
Teespring has changed. Now I made a video about how to get sales into spring about a year ago
[82]
and since then a lot has actually changed,
[84]
they used to have Marketplace, it boosted Network,
[87]
a trust score. All of these different elements.
[89]
That allow you to get organic sales because again,
[92]
we are mainly talking about organic sales.
[95]
Like yes, this video. I explain organic sales as where,
[98]
you upload a design, and you get sales without pretty,
[100]
without having to do anything, right? The company gets the sales
[102]
for you and then on non-organic cell is where you have to send the
[105]
traffic sometimes that costs sometimes it's
[108]
free but you are doing the work to get that sail some some way or another.
[113]
So we teeth print. They used to be pretty good at organic sales
[116]
and even if you ask support now they'll say Yes,
[120]
you know, there is a boosted Network, it's coming back,
[123]
was still working on the trust score and all these different things,
[126]
but I don't believe it. And if you have a look at my account,
[128]
I'm at 6000 138 sales.
[133]
And there's no organic sales, there's no trust school.
[135]
There's no boosted Network. There is nothing.
[138]
All of those cells came from me.
[141]
Advertising me sharing it me.
[144]
You know. Driving traffic to the platform Teespring did nothing.
[149]
So I just want you to be aware that when it comes to organic sales with Teespring,
[153]
it's a lot harder. Now,
[155]
there are elements of three cells if you use social media,
[158]
which we're going to talk about, but the majority of the time,
[161]
it usually, Spending a bit of money at least,
[164]
you know to build up your audience to then send them to G spring and to get sales.
[169]
So I just want to quickly say, if you are on Teespring and you're getting organic sales,
[174]
let me know in the comments down below
[176]
because I'm so curious to find out why you were eligible to get organic sales
[180]
and how you got those organic cells.
[183]
And, you know, if you've got organic cells,
[185]
let me know. And hopefully I'll make a video on it. I can speak to you
[188]
and find out the methods that you used in.
[190]
I can hopefully teach everyone how to do that.
[192]
At and and spread that message on how to get organic cells onto your spring.
[196]
For now, we're going to be talking about more non-organic sales because,
[201]
well, that's what we know how to do on Teespring.
[203]
It's going to come from marketing efforts on Tick-Tock on Pinterest on YouTube on Instagram
[210]
and other platforms,
[211]
like Facebook. But those four with a big ones with Tick-Tock.
[216]
I recommend influencer marketing. Now,
[218]
influencer marketing is, when you send someone a product,
[221]
you you pay them a bit of And they talk about your product.
[225]
This send traffic to your product that either wearing your T-shirt or talking about your T-shirt.
[230]
The reason why I highly highly recommend influencer marketing through Tick Tock is because tip,
[235]
talk is still a baby platform.
[238]
And I know it's not a baby platform. I know it's huge.
[240]
Its massive, but influences aren't charging that much money to to talk about your product
[247]
so you can get good.
[248]
Bang for your buck using Tick-Tock.
[251]
Now all you have Have to do is message random influence as micro influences even major influencers.
[257]
That's like people over a hundred thousand followers and micro could be,
[261]
you know, five to ten to fifteen thousand followers
[264]
and just to see if they'd be interested and what their prices would be,
[267]
there's no harm in asking now as well as that right,
[270]
as well as doing influencer marketing with Tick-Tock,
[272]
I recommend also posting your own tick-tocks.
[276]
Now, I don't mean doing the whole dancing
[278]
and singing and how we think of tick-tock you can actually post,
[282]
you know? Talking about your T-shirt.
[283]
So if you have a dog dish that you can talk about different dog topics and you could,
[288]
you could be that Tick-Tock channel that feels the fur and dogs or or rescues dogs,
[294]
or goes around to different rescue paces,
[297]
and kind of shares, the message about adopting a rescue dog.
[301]
It could be anything, right? It could be anything and that's just dog-related.
[305]
And then underlying from that message of whatever your Tick Tock is about,
[311]
you can every so often Often share the t-shirt that you're selling.
[314]
You can always wear your t-shirts in your tick-tocks.
[317]
So that subliminally people are seeing them, right?
[319]
And then you can also link to it in your main tank top profile.
[322]
So definitely go with Tick-Tock now,
[325]
like Tick Tock. I also highly recommend Instagram,
[327]
and that Instagram influencer marketing which is a bit more expensive than Tick-Tock
[331]
but it could still be very valuable
[333]
and as well as that also creating your own Instagram account
[338]
right by building up your own Instagram audience
[340]
and I have a whole video on this but by building up your own The Graham audience,
[343]
you will in turn be able to send traffic which technically is organic because it's not costing you,
[349]
but send traffic to your Teespring play page in actually get sales.
[354]
Now, in terms of building up your Instagram audience,
[357]
I would say, nowadays, if you want to build a big Instagram page,
[360]
it's mostly about video and the CEO has actually come out
[364]
and said they now want to focus on video more than photos.
[368]
So, yes. Okay. You can still post a photo every day or two photos a day or so.
[372]
Something but more importantly than that,
[374]
make sure to post a real every single day.
[378]
And what so easy is you can post the same real on Tick-Tock that you do on Instagram,
[382]
as long as it's within the Instagram time frame.
[384]
I think Instagram at the moment is 30 seconds,
[386]
some accounts, it's 60 seconds, which is annoying.
[389]
I have to, and from accounts one allows me to 60 second.
[391]
Real one and ask me a 30-second real, which is frustrating,
[395]
but either way, I would recommend posting one two or even three reels,
[400]
every single day they can be around.
[402]
The same topic. If it's the dog needs, you know,
[404]
you can go around and talk about supporting different dogs and all these different things.
[409]
And you can just talk about the different types of dogs in the cross Breeze.
[412]
And the this and the that
[413]
and there is just so much you can talk about when it comes to this topic without ever,
[417]
having to say go and buy my t-shirt go and buy my t-shirt.
[420]
You don't want to be shouting down people in tick-tocks
[423]
or reels telling them to go and buy your stuff,
[426]
right? You just want it to be subtle messages where they're like,
[430]
no. I want to go in. You know,
[432]
support this person. I want to go and buy their merch.
[435]
I like what they're wearing in that video. I want to go
[436]
and buy that and the link will always be there.
[438]
So definitely use Instagram as well.
[441]
And with Pinterest Pinterest is just
[444]
so good because you can have a variety of different categories
[448]
and niches all within one Pinterest account.
[450]
Because with Pinterest, you can you can create boards and each board can be for a niche.
[455]
So you can have a dog board, a cat border dinosaur board,
[458]
a jobs board, a whatever board.
[460]
It doesn't matter, right? You can create boards. For everything and then you can just upload pins.
[465]
Now, what you want to do is create variety of different pins.
[468]
So let's say 10 or 20 pins per t-shirt design and have them all linked back to that t-shirt.
[474]
There is no guarantees here. All it will do will increase the traffic to go to Teespring
[480]
and actually get sales.
[482]
Now bear in mind with Pinterest,
[485]
it's all just an experiment.
[487]
And in terms of how many pins to post per day.
[490]
I would recommend posting for pins,
[492]
Per day. That is what I've been doing to test it out.
[494]
And so far as being quite good. I have had,
[497]
I have hit a point where it's kind of plateaued and My Views aren't going up,
[501]
which is a bit annoying. But I'm going to work on that
[503]
and kind of figure out what's going on and then every obviously,
[506]
let everyone know what they can do. But I would recommend for Pins a day,
[510]
they can be for any different t-shirts you want and just because you create one pin for a t-shirt,
[514]
don't think you know, that's done. You can keep creating pins
[518]
for that T-shirt and just create different pins.
[520]
Different designs always showing. That one t-shirt.
[524]
Now when it comes to actually creating pins, you could use police it for mock-ups.
[528]
Now place, it has the biggest library of mock-ups. They haven't sponsored this video.
[532]
I just love using place it because, like I said,
[535]
they have the largest Library mock-ups. All you have to do is upload your design
[538]
and it will show up on tons of different things.
[540]
Now, if you want to get placed its 15% off in the link in the description,
[544]
so definitely go and check place it out if that's something you want.
[546]
And again you'll be able to use those mock-ups for Instagram.
[549]
You'll be able to use markup for Tip-Top and the reason I say,
[552]
This is because Pinterest are mainly photos and that's what place it excel at.
[557]
So those are a couple of marketing
[559]
tips and tricks to increase the chance of getting sales on Teespring.
[562]
Now if we compare Teespring to Redbubble yesterday,
[565]
I would say Teespring aren't as good at organic sales.
[569]
In fact, red bubble for far,
[571]
beat outweigh whatever the word is teaspoon.
[574]
When it comes to organic cells, just because of their Marketplace,
[577]
because of their retargeting ads that they pay for and that they do.
[581]
So, red bubble do. In that sense. Now with Teespring,
[584]
they aren't necessarily a bad platform,
[587]
even though I make a lot of videos, bashing them,
[590]
I'll say this. T spring is perfect
[593]
for the Creator who already has an audience or who's planning on building an audience.
[598]
That doesn't want to spend any money on Shopify or Zyra or anything for that matter.
[602]
And just want a simple kind of plug and play System,
[607]
where they can create a store, they don't care what that store looks like.
[609]
It can be a jumbled mess, they just want to upload Air Products to the store
[613]
and then put that store on their different social media platforms.
[617]
The link to that store on Teespring, I saw it on Instagram,
[620]
YouTube Tick-Tock that who Teespring is perfect
[624]
for now if you want to be able to go deeper into analytics you
[627]
want to have more control of your store.
[629]
You want to like be able to customize themes and categorize things and do all of that.
[634]
Then no Teespring isn't for you
[635]
but if you just want a simple plug-and-play solution then
[638]
go for it I feel that red bubble will appeal to a much larger.
[642]
Purcell is because most people don't want to have to worry
[645]
about sending all of that outside traffic.
[648]
They just want to rely on those organic sales,
[650]
but let me just quickly say this, and this is so important,
[653]
regardless of the platform you're using, if you are not building a brand
[657]
or at least a social media following around your print-on-demand,
[661]
sales or designs, you are setting yourself up for failure because if you don't have that audience,
[667]
right? And you're just relying on the website to get you sales,
[671]
that website can shut down. That website can just you know,
[674]
stop delivering traffic to your designs and then boom,
[677]
you're not getting any sales anymore. Whereas if you have that audience,
[680]
you can always send them to a different place. If red bubbles not getting sales,
[684]
you can send them to Shopify. You can send desire,
[686]
you can send a teaspoon, you can send them anywhere.
[688]
As long as you have that audience, that audience is,
[692]
is how you're going to make your money.
[693]
So despite all of the issues with red bubble and with Teespring with the Banning and the tags issue,
[700]
and the copyrights issue and you know, So all of these issues,
[704]
they probably still fall in the top 10 print-on-demand companies,
[707]
maybe even top five put under mild companies to upload your designs
[711]
to so definitely give it a go
[714]
and hopefully it will increase your chances to actually get more sales.
[717]
Thank you so much for watching this video. And again,
[719]
if you never saw yesterday's video, I highly recommend.
[722]
Checking out the link will be in the description if you want to go
[725]
and watch that video as well as that will be at the end of this video.
[727]
Definitely go and check that out. And finally, thank you so much for watching.
[731]
Hopefully, I will see you in in tomorrow's video If there is video tomorrow.
