In this video I will discuss a very important topic for any entrepreneur, that is "5 Levels of Employer".

Well, in the previous videos I've discussed the secret about how to create profit 3M per month,

how do you break down it to 100 million per day, how to make sure that the target is reached, and so on.

everything it can be calculated. But my question isn't how to calculate it,

but how do you achieve it. It was much more important. And therefore, in this 5 levels, of course it's the same employer.

so, employers also have any level. it's the same if you were the martial arts. So you are wearing belt.

White belt, or the highest perhaps black belt. Or maybe if you are an athlete, there were any levels.

If the athlete, the highest level was called olympian name. You can compete in the Olympics. It's called athlete.

If the entrepreneur is also the same, the highest level were called "the real entrepreneurs".

It was on the fifth level. Employers have ahierarchically too. Many people don't understand that the employers have level too.

Therefore, on this occasion I will discuss the first level. That is the first level entrepreneur.

Before we enter the first level, this is a book from 5 levels of entrepreneur. I was also inspired by Bradley Sugar's book.

Bradley Sugar is a Business Coach who founded a company called Action Coach.

Where he inspires and defines that entrepreneur have 5 levels.

So the reference is from his book, and he is also one of a business coach are quite successful in the world.

Brad Sugar defines five levels of Entrepreneurs which I have translated into Indonesian now.

And this is closely related to my first video, "Mindset and Mental of Successful People". You can see here, these videos.

"Mindset and Mental of Successful People", this video defines how a person's is divided into four quadrants, cash flow.

So, how does the cash flow divided from 4 cash flow, from level E, S, B, and I.

E is Employee, S is Small Business Owner, B is a Business Owner, and I is Investor.

If I want to equate actually it's quite similar, between ESBI with this employer level. If E is an Employee,

in 5 levels of entrepreneur, it's level 0, or the lowest level.

That was employee. You haven't become entrepreneurs at all.

While the quadrant S, there are level 0 and level 1 if in 5 levels of entrepreneur.

In the S quadrant, or Small Business Owner or Self Employed. Then in quadrant B are the second level of entrepreneur and third level.

the second and third level of entrepreneur are in quadrant B, or Business Owner.

While in the quadrant I or Investor, you are in the fourth level and the fifth level.

Now I'm going to ask you how to up your quadrant. From level 0, up to level 5.

In this video I will discuss the first level. I don't discuss about level 0 because level 0 is the employee.

The first level is what you have to prepare to be a first level businessman.

So first, the first level is the most basic entrepreneur. you can see previous videos

they were videos of business tips for beginners and so on. There, I've discussed quite a lot.

Usually when you start the first level, you will get start to be a realtor first.

Or you can market other people's products. The first level is defined from the Self Employed.

I repeat again, this first level is the first level entrepreneurs, Self Employed.

Self Employed usually don't have their own products. But he was marketing the products of others.

Or it could be you in a way each gets a commission. Suppose if you market other people's products, you gain an advantage.

Or you could be a reseller. You market it, and you get a commission from it.

But suppose you want to create your own product, and you could market itself, it's called small and medium enterprises.

in Indonesia it was including the first level. in Indonesian government it included in the minister of cooperatives and small & medium enterprises

in Indonesia it was included in the set of KADIN or the Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia.

If they were under 40 years old , it called HIPMI organization, or the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association.

It's a body or institution or official set in Indonesia.

usually they are just have 2 jobs only, this is what you should do if you want to become a successful first level entrepreneur,

and then you can rise the level of second grade. in the first level you should prepare this :

how are your selling technique so that your goods saleable in the market?

Because peoples or market don't know your products. Peoples don't know what your goods.

So your challenge is how to makes your goods famous in the market.

the first you should prepare is: how do you have good marketing,

how are good way to sales so that your products known in the market. And the second you should prepare is :

you must prepare the inventory. So the first is good sales or marketing,

the second is inventory. Prepare. So don't let sale without goods. For example you were selling meatballs,

don't let your meatballs became famous but when people want to buy, there are no goods.

finally people can be disappointed. So make sure if you are in the first level, you were selling goods, make sure that the goods sold,

how the challenges makes you from not famous become famous. And make sure tha your inventory was enough.

So that everyone wants to buy, the goods are available. And over time the goods were so crowded. just it your challenges on the first level.

So that you can rise to the level of second grade. once again, so that you can be successful in the fifth level, everyone have the level.

or if you want to produce your own stuff,

make sure your goods have two challenges, they're how to make sure you have goods sales,

and the second make sure you have enough stock in your inventory.
