Zimbabwe was formerly known as southern Rhodesia聽
in 1998 Rhodesia in 1965 that was the name and in聽聽

of Zimbabwe received their independence from Great聽聽

Britain in April of 1980 the country is evolving聽
and while they are learning how to play nice聽聽

has been attributed mostly to mismanagement of聽
finances corruption by the government and serious聽聽

human rights issues including the eviction of聽
more than 4 000 farmers of European descent聽聽

2000 now the land confiscation incident is when聽聽

Zimbabwe was slapped with sanctions from both the聽
European union and the united states due to land聽聽

confiscations they were giving the land to聽
indigenous people of Zimbabwe so the united states聽聽

the united nations and the European union pulled聽
