number four is bella rosa so bella rosa

is filled with functionally and

beautifully designed villa homes and are

located behind the any river mall on

26th street allowing for both immediate

access to shopping dining and

entertainment bureau is known for as

well as a quiet area for relaxing at

home

bella rosa is perfect for those looking
[240]
for both convenience and simplicity low
[243]
hoa fees low maintenance amenities and a
[246]
new pool complex make this community

difficult to pass up so bella rosa made

it to number four on my list because

it's low hoa fees and which you get for

paying those fees so the hoa fees for

belarosa come in at 111 a month now the

reason why i think that that's such a

great deal because with that fee you get

a community pool

a gated entry and an entry fountain and

also the common areas to be taken care

of by professional landscapers homes in

this beautiful up-and-coming community

start at 298 000 which i think is a

great entry price and go up to 375 000

plus so 298 000 will actually get you

into one of their villas while the 375
[289]
000 plus will get you into their single
[291]
family homes with a lot more square
[293]
footage and a lot more freedom with what

you can do i think belarosa is a great

choice for either a family looking to
[298]
relocate down and be into a nice safe

community with more square footage with
[303]
one of their single family homes or a
[306]
nice retiree couple looking coming down
[309]
from new york looking to retire down in
[311]
florida being inside one of their villas

is another great option you get

everything taken care of for a low fee

you might have to find i didn't find

this out for sure yet but you might have

to find lawn care service for your own

personal lawns but that's not a big deal

you know they run about 80 to 100 a

month to get that done every week so i

really think it's a great deal and a

low-cost way to get down into new

construction gated community and a

community pool all in one regardless of

if you're a family or you're a retired

couple just looking down to come down

and relax in florida all right guys so

now it's time to jump into the number

three on the top five communities list

and that is oak saviro so the reason

oxaviro made it on my list is because i

can personally attest to it i actually
[354]
live here so i know what comes with it i
[356]
get to see it every single day i see how
[358]
the neighbors take care of their spot
[360]
and i really cannot see myself living
[362]
anywhere else other than this centrally
[364]
located beautiful gated community of oak
[366]
saviro so oak saviro different from the
[368]
other two the previous two communities i
[370]
went over before does not have a
[372]
clubhouse does not have any amenities it
[375]
does have a low hoa fee of 110 dollars
[378]
which takes care of the lake maintenance
[381]
all of the common areas to be mowed and
[383]
taken care of and the upkeep of the gate
[386]
that we have in front of our community
[388]
so the reason why oak saviro made it on
[390]
this list is because the neighbors are
[392]
all great i have gotten to know a lot of

my neighbors around the media area
[397]
they're all great people who seem to
[399]
enjoy life just want to have a good time

while also taking care of their property

and maintaining it to the best of their
[405]
ability i love the fact that the hoa
[407]
fees are only a hundred and ten dollars

a month and every single house within
[412]
this community is all concrete block it
[414]
was actually started back in 2005 by
[417]
mercedes homes and of course after the
[419]
08 crash everything kind of stopped and
[422]
halted until it was eventually taken
[424]
over by adams homes and i believe 2016
[427]
or 2017 and i'm currently now living in
[430]
a 2017 built adams home it's roughly
[434]
about 2 000 square feet with a two-car
[436]
garage and i could not be happier in
[438]
this community so homes in this area
[440]
typically range between sixteen hundred
[442]
and thirty three hundred square feet so
[444]
there's a big spread between the sizes
[446]
of the homes that comes apparent when
[448]
you see the difference between the
[449]
builders of or the difference between
[451]
mercedes builder and adam's homebuilder
[455]
there's a few discrepancies between the
[456]
two it changes up the area nicely so

it's not all cookie cutter the same old
[461]
same old houses it changes with each lot
[465]
you see a different change in a
[466]
different characteristic within an hoa
[468]
community which is very rare to find

here usually you only see about two to
[472]
three different colors uh two to three
[474]
different models within a community and

it all seems to be the same this one's a

little bit different you get a little

bit more character more personality that

you get to add to your house while

staying within the hoa boundaries of

during this august heat i don't see many

people out there doing it but there is

still quite a few whenever things cool

down a little bit it'll get a lot busier

and you'll be able to enjoy golf with a

lot of your friends and make friends

with people who are also living in the

the tennis courts and the swimming pool

waterway village is close to sand ridge

golf course which is offers two 18-hole

there are also many other great courses

throughout the area vero beach is home

to an aquatic center racket clubs

fitness clubs and spas plus let's not

forget the sanded surf lakes at waterway

number one pick on my top five

communities because of where it is

located what you get for the money the

individual lawn care being taken care of

by the hoa tied in with those fees brand

new construction and not to mention that

devosta is one of my favorite builders

here in vero beach as well they have

top-notch quality which has been assured

to me by my clients whenever they move
