That said let鈥檚 get on with it with our first聽
stop, which is Iqstel Inc (IQST) and the last聽聽
[82]
time we covered it on the channel in December, it聽
was sitting at 49cents per share but it has since聽聽
[87]
exploded by over 100% and hitting some intraday聽
highs of over $1 per share. It is now pulling聽聽
[93]
right back and given up some of those gains and聽
sitting at 62cents per share with a market cap of聽聽
[98]
$86m. But as we know in between these momentum聽
runs are some red days. And a big mistake聽聽
[105]
one and can make is to panic and sell on your high聽
conviction stocks and IQST is one of those for聽聽
[110]
us here. And there鈥檚 absolutely no harm in taking聽
profits as you begin to see double or triple digit聽聽
[116]
gains. But given the direction of travel for IQST,聽
we are certainly holding strong till we get to the聽聽
[122]
promise land in the Nasdaq which is coming very聽
very soon. Again certainly not financial advice.

iQSTEL announced that they had聽
Entered the Electric Vehicle Market聽聽
[132]
On their Path To Nasdaq Uplisting. In a聽
letter to shareholders, the CEO Leandro聽聽
[138]
Iglesias stated that on the back of increasing聽
their 2021 revenue forecast to $64 million,聽聽
[143]
they secured a $2.75 million investment聽
bringing their shareholder equity聽聽
[148]
up to meet Nasdaq鈥檚 listing requirements. They聽
also executed the term sheet for a $60 million聽聽
[153]
investment to support their merger and聽
acquisition objectives over the next three years.
[158]
And in the meantime, they have achieved聽
another major operational development milestone聽聽
[163]
by expanding their reach into the electric vehicle聽
market by tangibly entering the EV marketplace聽聽
[168]
with their first batch of EV Motorcycles聽
having rolled of the production line.
[172]
The first production run will be shipping聽
to Spain for distribution in Europe,聽聽
[176]
the United States, and Panama, for distribution聽
in Latin America. The heart of their EV Motorcycle聽聽
[181]
sales operations today will be focused on Latin聽
America where they will target the replacement聽聽
[185]
of the widely adopted 125 cc combustion engine聽
motorcycles. And their competitively priced,聽聽
[192]
low maintenance, gas station independent EVOSS EV聽
Motorcycle is built to deliver a look and feel,聽聽
[198]
very similar to the 125 cc combustion聽
engine motorcycle it is designed to replace.

And so their entry into the EV marketplace, in聽
combination with their ongoing revenue growth聽聽
[208]
anticipated to reach $90 million this聽
year, and their shareholder equity now聽聽
[212]
meeting Nasdaq listing requirements, further聽
confirms their confidence in the potential聽聽
[217]
of their share price to organically reach聽
the required price for a Nasdaq uplisting.聽聽

This couldn鈥檛 be better put and gives an聽
indication of where the management see聽聽
[225]
their share price going and for organic growth聽
into Nasdaq we鈥檙e talking of atleast at $2 per聽聽
[230]
share price target to be compliant with Nasdaq聽
rules so some really exciting times ahead.

The next stop, Alternet Systems, Inc.聽
(OTC: ALYI) which since our last update聽聽
[245]
has been very volatile reflecting the broader聽
market sentiment and it is now sitting at聽聽

1.2cents per share with a market cap of $31m. And聽
similar to IQST, ALYI has some great plans ahead聽聽
[257]
and stepping into execution mode which all聽
indicate a bright future for these penny stocks.聽

ALYI announced that they had Accelerated their聽
EV Ecosystem Growth On Revenue And Partnership聽聽
[268]
Milestones as their Value Proposition Transitions聽
From Concept To Tangible Reality. Their CEO,聽聽
[274]
Dr. Randell Torno recently published聽
their 2022 strategic outlook presentation聽聽
[279]
intended to serve as roadmap to聽
understanding the primary components聽聽
[283]
of ALYI鈥檚 strategic plans to expand its electric聽
vehicle (EV) market share in 2022 and beyond.聽聽

They said Africa is their Proving Ground as聽
it has an Overlooked Economic Opportunity.

They launched their EV ecosystem in Africa聽
as Africa has one of the lowest per capita聽聽
[299]
transportation ratios in the world,聽
giving ALYI the opportunity to introduce聽聽
[303]
transportation solutions for the first time聽
rather than replacing transportation solutions.聽聽

Africa presents a rugged and聽
resource constrained market聽聽
[311]
and so EV success in Africa is likely to produce聽
a globally scalable EV solution template.

And even better is that Africa is also聽
much more than just a viable proving ground聽聽

as Africa is an enormous, yet聽
underappreciated economic opportunity聽聽

in and of itself. And the Consulting聽
giant McKinsey predicts $5.6 trillion聽聽

in African business opportunities by 2025聽
which is just humongous as Africa today聽聽

accounts for around 17% of the world鈥檚聽
population, but only about 3% of global GDP.

ALYI anticipates reporting $2 million in聽
revenue for 2021 and they anticipate our EV聽聽

sales to grow in 2022. They also anticipate adding聽
additional sources of EV ecosystem revenue in 2022聽聽

and have the potential to realize聽
substantial revenue growth in 2022聽聽

having set a stretch revenue goal of $50 million.聽
And this is what gives me even more conviction聽聽

that they management know what they鈥檙e talking聽
about and know what matters most for us investors.聽聽

They say establishing revenue traction and聽
realizing revenue growth, have the potential聽聽
[377]
to enhance their market capitalization and revenue聽
does two things for a startup like them. First,聽聽
[382]
it gives credibility to the long-term potential聽
of the company further enhancing the future聽聽
[387]
value. And secondly, the revenue offsets the聽
requirement to continue using stock to access聽聽
[392]
growth capital. Which is an absolutely brilliant聽
line of thought from the management as with over聽聽
[397]
2.6bn shares outstanding we can expect not to聽
have any share dilution from current levels.
[404]
They say they envision their EV ecosystem as聽
a solar system of partners orbiting around the聽聽
[409]
objective of building a perpetual and optimized聽
EV production and their EV ecosystem partnership聽聽
[414]
network is growing and has achieved a number聽
of notable milestones in 2021 with partners聽聽
[419]
including Waterpure International, Inc. Priority聽
Aviation, and iQSTEL, which we just spoke about.

The Electric Vehicle market opportunity is vast聽
and they believe the ALYI approach is unique聽聽
[431]
and that their launch focus in Africa further聽
differentiates them from the competition.聽聽

Their management team has聽
years of experience in Africa聽聽
[439]
built on a continuing passion for contributing聽
to economic and political stability in Africa.

And when you look at the analysis from Growth聽
Market Reports which values the electric聽聽

vehicle market at USD 273.31 billion in 2020聽
projected to reach USD 802.75 billion by 2028,聽聽

expanding at a CAGR of 21.6%, you can only begin聽
to imagine the prospects of how this feeds through聽聽

economy as EV adaption picks up.聽聽

watchlist is Solar Integrated Roofing Corp聽聽

(SIRC) which have been talking about a lot聽
recently it has been seeing a lot of red聽聽

but it is now beginning to show the markets聽
what it can deliver with some stellar results,聽聽

which has seen it bounce by 24% on the day on聽
the back of their big news. And when you see聽聽
[493]
where they are over 6m and 12m then it gives聽
you an indication of how far this can go.

SIRC Reported Record Third Quarter Fiscal 2022聽
Financial Results; stating they are On-Track to聽聽
[504]
Substantially Exceed $100M Financial Guidance聽
as their Annual Run-Rate Approaches $200M.聽聽

In their financial and operational results for聽
the third quarter ended November 30, 2021 they聽聽
[517]
highlighted that Revenue for the third quarter聽
of fiscal 2022 increased 964% to $48.2 million,聽聽
[525]
as compared to revenue of $4.5 million in the聽
same year-ago quarter, which is an absolutely聽聽
[530]
incredible achievement setting it nicely for 2022.聽
They secured lease agreement with Mohave Farms,聽聽
[537]
a tier-1 multi-generational agriculture operator,聽
to build and operate a $36 million micro-grid聽聽
[543]
project for a 20,000 acre farm near Kingman,聽
Arizona. Partnered with Heartland Construction,聽聽
[548]
to provide electric vehicle (EV) charging station聽
installations for Heartland solar projects.聽聽
[553]
Appointed an experienced executive team to support聽
the Company's rapid growth, Entered into a $42.0聽聽
[559]
million equity purchase agreement with Arbiter聽
Capital LLC to be used for share buybacks,聽聽
[564]
acquisitions and to invest in continued organic聽
growth and lots more, absolutely brilliant stuff.

Their CEO David Massey, commented that "The聽
third quarter of fiscal 2022 was highlighted聽聽
[576]
by record revenue of $48.2 million, driven by聽
seamless integration of their rapidly growing,聽聽
[582]
high-margin acquisitions and their聽
evolution into a truly national brand.聽聽
[586]
"The rapid pace of their acquisitions,聽
partnerships and organic sales growth has enabled聽聽
[591]
this incredible record revenue achievement, and聽
they aim towards substantially exceeding their聽聽
[595]
fairly conservative guidance for $100 million in聽
revenue in the twelve months ended May 31, 2022.聽聽

But, this is only a fraction of the聽
run-rate they believe they can achieve聽聽
[605]
by the end of this 2022 calendar year with聽
significant sequential growth expected聽聽
[610]
throughout. which are both a milestone and聽
a turning point in the company's history.

Their prominent national brand and accomplishments聽
have helped to attract new partnerships聽聽
[620]
across a wide variety of industries, utilizing聽
their products and expertise across solar,聽聽
[625]
battery backup, EV charging聽
and roofing installation.

And as they transition into CY2022, they聽
look forward to completing the next phase聽聽
[633]
of their journey by implementing a name change聽
to SolarEV and a planned ticker change to POWR聽聽

which is very interesting as we recently covered聽
another stock mphase technologies with similar聽聽

plans to change their name and ticker to POWR so聽
it would be interesting to see how that plays out.聽聽

So one to watch. So they intend to redouble聽
their efforts to become an equally dominant,聽聽

national player in the EV charging聽
space, with an eye towards exponential,聽聽

dual-industry growth and an improved聽
focus on generating shareholder value.聽聽
