when author asked that dealer about that deal, listening to author that dealer started launghing

you must have taken it at that time only

that apartment got sold the next day i told you

and that owner of that apartment and has cracked a deal with another person with 100 k profit margin

listening to it author felt really very bad, because by not taking that deal author faced loss of 1 lack dollar

with this bad experience author has learned various thing from various real estate people

which helped him a lot and made him a real estate millionaire

AMONGST VARIOUS THINGS, the very first thing which he learned in his career is known as CTN

The Dynamic Trio Of Investing

after listening about investing many people feel overwhelmed

like what to buy ?how to buy? whether the decision property will be right or not etc,

similarly many such questions start arising in our minds which creates doubt

even for author's loss that doubt was the biggest reason

so the solution for this problem is to focus on CTN

By focusing on CTN, It kill all doubts and focus on Action

hence before investment you need to understand it properly

Under CTN, C stands for Criteria

and this is the first thing you need to be focused on meaning you will create some criteria's for yourself

meaning which location property you want to buy or have an ineterest

what kind of property you want?

like whether Residential, shop or plot? What range property you want to buy?

so from which you can get the highest returns? whether you want to buy alone or with partner

prepare a criteria for all such things so that your focus doesn't go to the things

where there is no profit, but only stays where you can earn money and get profit

Preparing a Criteria will be your Opportunity Filter

your second focus should be on T under CTN, which stands for Terms
