Complete gold recovery processing line for gold ore - YouTube

[21]
Today we鈥檙e going to be running some high
grade gold ore that a customer sent up. We
[25]
have about 300 pounds there, and we鈥檙e going
to run it through our turn-key system, with
[32]
hopper to jaw crusher, discharge conveyor
into the hopper, and another conveyor into
[38]
the hammer mill, and then on to our 4 by 8
shaker table.
[42]
[Crusher noises]
[189]
Almost all the gold ends up coming out of
the top three grooves there, there鈥檚 a little
[195]
spilling over into the next couple grooves.
And that will end up coming out this groove
[204]
right here.
[208]
Now we鈥檝e stopped everything so that we
can see the gold and the separation with the
[215]
other lower specific gravity materials. We鈥檝e
got some real silvery material in there, we鈥檙e
[220]
not sure what that is. The grey stuff is probably
pyrotite, and most of the gold comes out of
[228]
the top groove, from across the table. And
it just makes a nice line of gold under the
[243]
water bars and into the trough. Number one,
and number two, high grade coarse.
[254]
Now when we鈥檙e done running a couple two
to three hundred pounds, we have to brush
[259]
down the table, because the gold hangs in
the grooves and we鈥檇 be here all afternoon
[263]
to get it. So we brush it down, and this is
really where we get our strong line of gold.
[270]
A good part of this is smoke on the table.
The big pieces have come down already, they鈥檙e
[277]
down here. These are the bigger pieces from
the ore, and then up here, this is actually
[291]
fairly coarse here as well. And then we get
up here, and this is just very very fine smoke,
[301]
call it micron gold, call it flour gold. When
we screen this, a good deal of this will go
[313]
through a 325-mesh screen.
[316]
We鈥檙e taking the gold we recovered off the
table and we鈥檙e going to screen it into
[320]
3 different size fractions. This is the 100-mesh
screen, it鈥檚 a little bit hard to see with
[327]
the glare, but there鈥檚 the gold on top of
the 100-mesh screen, and there鈥檚 the gold
[332]
that went through the 100-mesh screen.
[336]
Now this is all the material that went through
the 325-mesh screen, and we鈥檝e got it panned
[344]
out pretty well, but you can see how fine
it is. So there鈥檚 that 325-minus. Now we鈥檙e
[355]
taking this 325-mesh video through a little
loup, and it鈥檚 maybe 8 or 10-power, and
[365]
you can just see the edge of it there a little
bit.
[369]
Here are the results of our screen test. On
the left is our 100-mesh plus, next to that
[377]
is 100 to 200, then 200 to 325, and on the
far right is our 325-minus. So you can see
[387]
the variation of gold size the table captures,
and there鈥檚 a little bit more than an ounce
[393]
of gold here, so the table did a great job.
