In summers we all drink thandai.

Overnight soak almonds, fennel seeds, watermelon seeds and black peppercorns.

But if you have shortage of time therefore unable to soak everything overnight and grinding is also time consuming.

For that you can prepare thandai powder and store it.

Then you can just mix the thandai powder in milk and prepare thandai.

Thadai prepared with powder is equally tasty as the freshly soaked almonds and fennel seeds thandai.

It is very easy to make at home.

So, let's start making thandai.

To prepare thandai powder, firstly we will grind fennel seeds.

Take 30 grams fennel seeds in a mixture jar along with 5 grams black peppercorns.

Now we will also add sugar to it but not the whole quantity, add only about 100 grams of sugar.

Now we will grind them finely.

We have finely ground fennel seeds and black pepper with sugar.

Put it back into the mixture jar and grind it along with sugar.

Now put the 60 grams almonds into the jar, 30 gram pistachios, 30 gram watermelon seeds and 10 gram cardamom powder.

If you want to use cardamom seeds then take 12 grams of cardamom. Peel them and grind the seeds along with dry fruits.
