Most people and based upon the feedback I get from many of my clients

when they consider retirement they are considering Florida, so picking the

perfect place can be overwhelming, but that's where I come in, I'm here to make

it way more confusing for you, ok just kidding, I'm here to give you a glimpse

into some communities that you may not have thought of. Things like recreation

proximity to shopping and having a wealth of social activities, these are

all high on the priorities of most retirees and the communities I'm about

to share with you are not only packed with beautiful homes, but lots and lots

of things to do. So what are we waiting for, let's jump right in.

Cascades in Port Lucie West is an active 55-plus community located in Port Saint Lucie

Florida. This great community features Mediterranean style single-family homes

with a wide variety of sizes and floor plans. Get ready for some fun, Cascades

26,000 square foot Clubhouse offers residents an over abundant amount of

activities you will find that they have a sparkling

heated swimming pool an outdoor spa and state-of-the-art fitness center. Cascades

offers yoga classes, ballroom dancing and even water aerobics, your options are

endless. You can take up a card game or read in their lovely library or perhaps

a game of billiards.

But of course if you don't like billiards you can enjoy their nine hole golf course or tennis or shuffleboard or bocce ball,there's so

much to do, the list is very long. Next up Kings Isle this gated 55-plus

community is located in the heart of the master-planned community of St. Lucie West.

At Kings I'll you enjoy quick access to interstate 95 as well as being

close to shops, restaurants and golf courses. At Kings Isle you have a choice

of single-family manor homes or attached courtyard homes, Kings Isle in Port Saint

Lucie is one of the most affordable active adult communities in the Treasure Coast.

and even though it's affordable the clubhouse does not skimp on

amenities, residents at Kings Island can stay in shape at the fitness center, play poker in the card

room or create a masterpiece in the arts and crafts studio. Outdoors

homeowners can go for a refreshing swim in the pool or take a soak in the spa.

Additional outdoor activities residents can take part in are there four tennis

Vitalia, is a gated 452 acre community nestled right in the Tradition

meticulously designed golf and resort styled community that offers everything

pool tennis courts and a fully equipped fitness center. The club has a full-time
