[0]
joining us now fox news contributor and
[1]
the hills joe concha joe it's always a
[4]
pleasure to have you on thank you too
[5]
for spending your friday with us you
[7]
know people are sick of these da's
[9]
they're sick and tired of it they're
[11]
literally physically endangering
[13]
innocent americans what is more of a
[15]
civil rights violation than that
[18]
i mean you just talked about elizabeth
[20]
what happened with lee zeldin right this
[23]
is a sitting congressman by the way as
[25]
well so there should be some federal
[27]
statutes that start to work their way
[29]
into this because obviously new york
[30]
state can't handle somebody this could
[33]
have been attempted murder if this
[34]
weapon was thrust into zeldin's neck he
[37]
could have died and yet the guy gets out
[39]
the same day i mean it is unbelievable
[42]
it could change the whole tenor of this
[44]
race by the way that is just one example
[46]
you know is that right i mean
[48]
so here's what's going on nancy pelosi
[51]
she wants to convince midterm voters to
[53]
focus on culture issues but she's not
[55]
talking about crime that's a culture
[57]
issue you're going to see her march out
[59]
of her own press conference again she
[61]
can't handle questions about this that
[64]
whether or not she gave her husband
[65]
inside information in any way shape or
[67]
form for his big buck stock trades while
[69]
she's in office she wants voters to
[71]
think all this just a coincidence that
[73]
they're worth 130 million joe i'd like
[75]
you to listen to democrat tulsi gabbard
[77]
on that watch
[78]
okay
[82]
what we're seeing here jessie is the
[83]
same thing that i saw when i was in
[86]
congress is this blatant corruption
[89]
uh being exposed in broad daylight the
[92]
system is rigged
[94]
you know whole show americans are really
[95]
upset about dc insiderism so
[98]
that's a culture issue right
[101]
absolutely i mean paul pelosi is like
[103]
the real life gordon gekko i mean this
[105]
guy has an uncanny ability to pick
[108]
winner after winner do you know he's
[109]
outperforming the s p 500 by nearly 15
[112]
percent over the last two years and you
[114]
know elizabeth stocks haven't exactly
[116]
been soaring lately yet here he had on
[118]
june 17th paul pelosi exercised 200 call
[121]
options on nvidia that's a leading
[123]
semiconductor company the stock closed
[125]
at 158 that day guess what it closed out
[128]
today it's all the way up to nearly 174
[131]
and in march of 21 and i got to give
[134]
this as an example real quick paul
[136]
pelosi exercise options to purchase 25
[138]
000 microsoft shares worth 5 million
[140]
dollars right less than two weeks later
[143]
lo and behold the us army announces a 22
[146]
billion dollar deal with the u.s guy to
[148]
buy augmented reality headsets from ding
[151]
ding microsoft and shares of the company
[154]
shot up after that deal was announced so
[157]
you either believe that paul pelosi just
[159]
happened to know that that was the right
[160]
time to buy all that stock from
[162]
microsoft or maybe just maybe the house
[164]
speaker nancy pelosi may have whispered
[166]
to him in his ear during pillow talk
[168]
that yeah by the way this 22 billion
[170]
dollar deal is coming down either way
[171]
it's rancid and the other thing too is
[172]
he's making option bets right those are
[175]
directional bets you got to have a sense
[176]
of where the stock could be going and if
[179]
you have a good insider sense of it
[181]
meaning information you have a a good
[183]
bet in your pocket now you know this is
[185]
a thing you've talked about it joe
[186]
you've written about it americans are
[188]
tired of high gas they're tired of a
[190]
40-year high in inflation they're tired
[192]
of historic increases in violent crime
[194]
over the last few years biden's border
[195]
collapse they're angry that buying in
[197]
this cabinet never respond they either
[200]
deny the crisis exist or blame everyone
[202]
else there's more culture mayhem joe we
[205]
want you to listen to this new sound of
[206]
supreme court justice elena kagan she's
[209]
claiming the supreme court's priority
[211]
should be not losing connection with
[213]
public sentiment doesn't talk about the
[214]
constitution in terms of her job watch
[217]
this
[218]
if the court is is i'm not talking about
[221]
any particular decision or even any
[224]
particular series of decisions but if
[227]
over time
[228]
the court
[229]
loses all connection with the public and
[232]
with public sentiment
[234]
that's a dangerous thing for a democracy
[236]
we have a court that does important
[239]
things and if there's that connection is
[242]
lost that's a dangerous thing for the
[245]
democratic system as a whole
[247]
what do you think joe
[249]
i think that if you polled americans and
[251]
said would you rather the federal
[252]
government have a one-size-fits-all
[254]
type of model when it comes to laws or
[257]
should it be decided at the state level
[260]
where americans and their votes really
[262]
feel like they count because they're
[264]
electing leaders on the local level and
[265]
then obviously as governors and and and
[268]
their senators and so on so yeah i would
[270]
think that most americans would say yes
[272]
i would rather it be more about states
[274]
rights than a central government saying
[276]
all right what we're saying here is
[278]
going to be the law and that's that so
[280]
no i don't think there is a disconnect
[282]
as far as the supreme court and what the
[284]
american people actually want elika
[286]
kagan i mean elena kagan let's face it
[288]
you know she's three liberal ju one of
[290]
three liberal justices there are six
[291]
conservatives and that's why suddenly uh
[294]
you hear all this talk about expanding
[295]
the court which would be the stupidest
[297]
thing ever because all what would happen
[298]
if democrats were to expand the court is
[300]
that when republicans have power they'll
[301]
expand it even more and before you know
[303]
you have like an nfl roster of a supreme
[305]
court the people will just be one-upping
[307]
each other each party and it would be it
[308]
would be weaponized and obviously
[310]
watered down and we don't want that
[311]
either do we eat that no we don't joe
[313]
concha thanks for joining us have a good
[314]
weekend okay
[316]
happy hour starts thank you good for you
