they don't know which information to follow聽聽

with the different types of affirmations that聽
you can use to manifest your desires the first聽聽

and most common type of affirmation is the I AM聽
affirmation this is the type of affirmation that聽聽
[120]
starts with the words i am for example i am rich聽
i am loved i am secure in my relationship i am聽聽
[128]
fit i am thin so you start with the words i am聽
and then you follow those words with whatever it聽聽

is that you want to manifest in your reality聽
i am affirmations are very powerful because i聽聽
[140]
am means that this is part of your identity it's聽
not about having something it's about who you are聽聽

who you are as a person and as Neville Goddard聽
says you manifest who you are not what you want聽聽

you manifest who you are on the inside so if on聽
the inside you are a person who is easy to love聽聽

then you will manifest a life where people聽
love you if on the inside you feel wealthy聽聽

then you will manifest wealth and riches in your聽
reality the second type of affirmation that is聽聽

also very very common is affirmations that start聽
with gratitude so in those affirmations you start聽聽

your sentence you start your affirmation with the聽
words i'm very thankful that i am grateful that聽聽

and then you follow this with whatever it is聽
that you want to manifest for example i am very聽聽

grateful that i have this amazing high paying聽
job that makes me high six figures every year聽聽

where this job is not something you have it聽
is something that you're manifesting through聽聽

the use of this affirmation here's why we do this聽
the reason we start with gratefulness is because聽聽

this implies that this is already yours and the聽
feeling of gratitude actually makes you feel this聽聽

gratitude when you say i'm so grateful that that聽
immediately puts you into the emotional frame聽聽
[218]
of feeling grateful and we're used to feeling聽
grateful for things that we already have not for聽聽
[222]
things that we're going to get some vague moment聽
in the future so by stating your affirmations like聽聽

that basically being thankful that you already聽
have the thing that implies that the thing is聽聽

already yours whether the thing is a relationship聽
a job money a car a trip free tickets to a concert聽聽

or whatever it is that you want to manifest聽
this is why this type of affirmation is powerful聽聽

because it immediately puts you in the state of聽
the wish fulfilled and being in the state of the聽聽

fulfilled is how you manifest any desire the聽
third type of affirmations that isn't that common聽聽

but you can still encounter it is what is called聽
YOU affirmations those affirmations are exactly聽聽

like the I AM affirmations but instead of being in聽
first person i am rich for example they are in you聽聽

you are rich depending on your personality type聽
you affirmations can be more effective for you聽聽

than i am affirmations or i m affirmations can be聽
more effective for you than you affirmations that聽聽

depends on your personality type if you're the聽
type of person that when you make up your mind聽聽

nobody can change it no matter how much authority聽
the person has you believe what you believe and聽聽

that's the end of it and nobody can shake you out聽
of that belief you're probably going to do better聽聽

with i am affirmations because you're wired to聽
accept your own opinion as more valid than other聽聽
[305]
people's for your own life on the other hand if聽
you're the type of person who is more likely to聽聽
[310]
change beliefs based on what an authority figure聽
tells you or if you want validation before you聽聽

trust yourself so for example you feel that you聽
got what it takes to do something but unless聽聽
[322]
your coach or your boss or somebody else tells you聽
that yes you do have what it takes to succeed you聽聽

don't fully believe it you have to hear it from聽
somebody else in order to fully believe it then in聽聽
[334]
that case you're probably going to do better with聽
you affirmations because that is what your mind聽聽

accepts more easily somebody else telling you that聽
hey you're rich you're successful you are loved聽聽
[346]
you are whatever it is that you want to do聽
whatever it is that you want to manifest in your聽聽

reality if you don't know which personality type聽
is yours feel free to experiment with different聽聽

sets of i m affirmations and new affirmations and聽
see which ones produce better results for you聽聽

the fourth type of affirmations that you can use聽
to manifest are what is called afformations with聽聽

an o instead of an i afformations i recently聽
had a video about afformations so if that's聽聽

the first time you hear about them you can go聽
watch that video i'm going to link it up to聽聽

the right and also in the description below for聽
you but basically afformations are affirmations聽聽

in a question form as if what you want has already聽
manifested for example let's say that you want to聽聽

manifest your dream house instead of affirming聽
i have my dream house or i'm so grateful to have聽聽
[399]
my dream house what you do is you ask a question聽
that starts with how did i or why did i followed聽聽
[406]
by the thing that you want to manifest for聽
example for the dream house you would ask聽聽
[411]
why did i manifest such an amazing聽
house that is the house of my dreams聽聽
[416]
or you can ask a question with how did i how聽
did i manifest my dream house so easily and fast聽聽

the reason this works is because the question聽
form bypasses the filter of your mind that judges聽聽
[428]
whether something is possible or impossible for聽
you because you're not affirming to get it you're聽聽
[434]
affirming as if it's already yours and you're just聽
looking back and wondering how did this amazing聽聽
[439]
thing happen so this for many people bypasses the聽
resistance that their conscious mind would usually聽聽
[445]
have to manifesting this desire and that's why it聽
is very effective now that you know the different聽聽
[451]
types of affirmations that you can use you're聽
probably wondering which type of affirmation聽聽
[456]
works better and the answer is all of them work聽
what you have to do is figure out which type works聽聽
[462]
better for you specifically because every person聽
is different and what may work perfectly well聽聽
[467]
for your best friend may not be what produces聽
the best results for you so give them all a聽聽
[472]
try experiment with them and you will figure out聽
which ones work the best for you now let's talk聽聽

about how to actually use the affirmations that聽
you create in order to get the results that you聽聽

want my recommended way that has worked the best聽
for me and the people i have coached is to write聽聽
[489]
your affirmations in a list and read that list to聽
yourself for five to ten minutes three times a day聽聽
[495]
every morning every evening and at some point聽
during the day whenever you have the time聽聽
[500]
and some space to be able to concentrate on your聽
affirmations another way to use affirmations that聽聽
[506]
i usually recommend not instead of but in addition聽
to reading your affirmations three times a day聽聽
[511]
is to create a recording and loop that recording聽
so that it lasts several hours and then you can聽聽
[517]
play that recording at low volume either as聽
background instead of music during the day聽聽
[522]
while you're busy doing other tasks or while you聽
sleep at night the reason this works is because聽聽
[527]
when you're not consciously concentrating on the聽
words but they keep playing in the background聽聽
[532]
they enter your subconscious mind without your聽
conscious mind actually blocking them because聽聽
[537]
your conscious mind is busy doing something else聽
like you're washing the dishes or you're ironing聽聽
[542]
your clothes you're doing something and you have聽
the affirmations playing in the background so they聽聽
[547]
enter your subconscious mind without basically聽
noticing it's the same way it works while you聽聽
[552]
sleep while you sleep your subconscious mind聽
is very easily impressionable so if you play聽聽
[558]
them while you sleep they will enter your聽
subconscious mind more easily but use this聽聽
[562]
method in addition to reading your affirmations聽
during the day and not instead of the reason i聽聽
[567]
recommend this is because those affirmations are聽
meant to create a different state of mind in you聽聽
[574]
so you are going to want to know what those聽
affirmations are so that you can watch your mental聽聽
[579]
diet during the day and when your mind goes to聽
something that doesn't support your manifestation聽聽
[584]
you stop that train of thought and replace聽
what you were thinking with some of your聽聽
[588]
affirmations so let's say for example that you're聽
manifesting a promotion and you have affirmations聽聽
[594]
talking about how the promotion is yours and聽
how much you're enjoying the new position聽聽
[599]
and the money you get and everything but聽
sometime during the day you catch yourself聽聽
[603]
having thoughts around how your boss doesn't like聽
you how you're not likely to get that promotion聽聽
[609]
if you have a ready list of affirmations about聽
that promotion it's easy to stop yourself聽聽

and tell yourself you know what why am i thinking聽
this this is in the past this promotion is mine聽聽

now i'm so grateful to have that promotion i'm聽
so grateful to have that great job position聽聽

and you have those thoughts ready because those聽
thoughts are your affirmations you don't have to聽聽

stop and think okay i'm thinking something聽
negative what can i put in the place of聽聽

those negative thoughts you don't need to do that聽
because you already have the thoughts ready in the聽聽
[640]
form of affirmations you just plug them into your聽
mind and lead your mind and your thoughts towards聽聽

that reality the reality where that job that聽
promotion is already yours another very common聽聽
[651]
question people ask is how many affirmations do聽
you need to have in order to manifest a desire and聽聽
[657]
there is no set answer to that but generally if聽
you have more than a page of two of affirmations聽聽
[662]
that's too long you don't need to have so聽
many affirmations that it feels like hard work聽聽
[668]
if you have 10 pages of affirmations that is聽
going to take half an hour to get through all聽聽
[673]
of those every morning and then in the evening and聽
sometime during the day and that's too much work聽聽
[679]
you're soon going to regret having such a long聽
list and you will feel that this is hard work聽聽

this takes up a lot of your time and you're聽
not going to want to do it after some point聽聽

and you probably don't need that many affirmations聽
because it's better to have a few well-selected聽聽
[695]
affirmations that target what is really stopping聽
you from getting what you want instead of having a聽聽
[701]
huge list of very generic affirmations for example聽
let's say that you're manifesting a specific聽聽
[706]
person and you and this person actually chat聽
there's no reason to have multiple affirmations聽聽
[712]
about this specific person texting you or calling聽
you or whatever if this is something that already聽聽
[717]
happens you already expect it you already believe聽
it there's no reason for that to be an affirmation聽聽
[723]
somebody else who doesn't have any communication聽
with that person or they are dealing with a person聽聽
[728]
that hates chatting on the phone or calling or聽
messaging maybe they need that affirmation but if聽聽
[734]
you don't need it why is it there you don't have聽
to have it there just because other people have it聽聽
[739]
or if for example you know that you sabotage聽
relationships because of some kind of insecurity聽聽
[745]
but this insecurity doesn't have anything to do聽
with the way you look if you feel that you're hot聽聽
[750]
and you're a catch in terms of the way you look聽
you don't need affirmations that say i'm beautiful聽聽
[755]
i am a catch because you already believe that use聽
affirmations to rewire your mind and your beliefs聽聽
[761]
around the things that actually need rewiring not聽
the things that are already believable for you聽聽
[766]
another very common question that is actually聽
very much related to the previous one about how聽聽
[771]
many affirmations to have is the question should i聽
concentrate on multiple manifestations in the same聽聽
[777]
list of affirmations or only focus on one area聽
and what i highly recommend is that you focus聽聽
[784]
on the thing that you're actually manifesting聽
right now now don't get me wrong you can be聽聽
[789]
manifesting several different things at the same聽
time in your reality so if you're manifesting a聽聽
[793]
promotion that doesn't mean that you cannot be聽
manifesting a specific person at the same time聽聽
[799]
but usually affirmations are used to rewire your聽
mind and you cannot change a million different聽聽
[804]
things in how your mind works at once so pick聽
the goal that is more important to you right now聽聽
[810]
if your main concern is a specific person focus聽
on rewiring your mind when it comes to this聽聽
[816]
specific person and how you feel about yourself聽
how you feel about relationships in other words聽聽
[822]
keep your affirmations in that area of life聽
affirmations that deal with all the things that聽聽
[827]
you need to manifest that specific person that can聽
be affirmations directly about the specific person聽聽
[834]
like rewriting that specific person to change聽
their behavior they can also be affirmations聽聽
[839]
around your own self-concept but don't inject聽
in their affirmations about the promotion you聽聽
[844]
want the car you want the house you want focus on聽
one manifestation at the time with affirmations聽聽
[850]
once you have that in place you can move on聽
and do the same for money or a job or a house聽聽
[855]
or whatever else you want and that brings us to聽
another very common question many people ask me聽聽
[861]
how long should i use affirmations for and when聽
should i stop using those affirmations do i stop聽聽
[868]
when my desire starts manifesting do i stop after聽
i have it do i have to keep going in order for me聽聽
[874]
not to lose the thing to keep it in my reality so聽
here's how this works for your mind to rewire it聽聽
[881]
usually takes about a month most people start聽
seeing concrete and solid results from their聽聽
[887]
affirmations in about two weeks of using them but聽
that depends on the situation and on who you are聽聽
[893]
and how blocked you have felt in that area of聽
life so it can take a little less or a little聽聽
[897]
more than two weeks but generally speaking if it's聽
been less than two weeks and you haven't had this聽聽
[903]
huge shift in your reality that's completely聽
okay that's why we use affirmations every聽聽
[908]
day because it is a process you don't read them聽
once and everything is changed in your mind now聽聽
[913]
once you start seeing results you don't stop the聽
affirmations this is a mistake many people make聽聽
[919]
unless this change solidifies in your mind and聽
it becomes your new normal where you don't have聽聽
[924]
to persuade yourself that this thing is yours and聽
it makes sense for you to have it you need to keep聽聽
[929]
using the affirmations because they maintain聽
the state of the fulfilled which allowed聽聽
[936]
the thing to start coming into your reality and聽
will allow it to solidify and become fully yours聽聽
[942]
and you won't have to worry about losing it聽
again if you stop too soon if for example聽聽
[946]
you're affirming about a specific person coming聽
back and the person enters your life but you聽聽
[952]
haven't been together for a while for you to make聽
sure that everything is the way you want it to be聽聽
[957]
and you stop affirming it's very easy to fall back聽
in old patterns to start feeling insecure again聽聽
[963]
to start fighting again so that's why you keep聽
affirming you keep affirming until you feel that聽聽
[969]
you don't need to affirm because you already聽
