we will tell you the name of the company, firstly understand that this company is in power generation business based on renewable sources

remember this, as this is in renewable sources

so how does it works

so 98%

98% revenue comes from sale of power

and 2% from others

so how much business they have in India and in foreign countries

so 93% revenues comes from india

and 7% comes form out of india

so now if we talk in diversified portfolio

so diversified portfolio is of wind energy powerplant

yes wind energy powerplant

company has the installed operational capacity of 417MW wind generation

as at march 2021

but now , it is a penny stock so it have debts

they have the debt of 1255 crore

cash flow is of 201 crore

where we would like to show the financial of this

so firstly if you focus on financial

so net income is in loss

profit in 2020

but again loss in 2021

if you look at their revenue then it is 398.65 crore in 2018

but it went down in 2019

again up in 2020

and again down in 2021

If you look at their earning per share (EPS)

So it is in minus in financial year 2021

it has lower than industry revenue, decreasing market share

why? because it is penny stock

at the same time if you look at their quarterly results

so if you look at net income of December 2020 is in loss

March 2021 loss , no loss in June, it was 0.49 core

and they have very good income in sep 2021

which is of 61.62 core

whereas total revenue in june 2021 and in Sep 2021 is continuously in increasing mode

and their earning per share (EPS) also went right

now let's go on shareholding

the thing which i liked the most and for that I picked up this share

so if you go on total promoter holding if this share

so you will find that they had pledged all the share

and sept 2021 is the time, where they snatched all the share

now here

simple story is that when promoter pledge the share, and snatch the pledged share

It means he trust the company, he believes in the work of company

I f he have to destroy the company or wanted to exit then he will never snatch the pledged share

so here is the big learning which I liked here

and that is the big reason I planned to share

this was the biggest reason

what do you believe? snatch the pledged share

how do you look ?

so this was the one way I liked

where retailers are with 45.17%

and other domestic institutions also increased their position

and made it to 6.10%

If you come at peer comparison

as it is penny stock, PE ratio is in minus, PV ratio is very low

but i dont think that it is necessary to compare any penny stock with any good stock

or needed

so this are the thinkgs where i think that world is focusing on renewable

Where promoter snatched the pledged share

this things i liked but if you come to their chart

so you will be shocked that this stock runs on 45.70 once upon a time

and it is their high

and that from falling down

it comes to 1 rupee 35 paise, it means that

whoever had invested in this, they were in high loss

but now there is extreme level of focus on renewable energy

and their sept result comes nice

promoter snatched the pledge share

thats the big reason you are seeing highs
