Alrighty good morning everyone just a quick  video nelly's 11,000 square foot mansion just  

hit the market in Wildwood out by hidden valley  ski resort. We've got a buyer who's interested  

listed for $600,000 it is a short sale so i'm  heading over there right now to check it out  

i'm gonna take you guys with me and take some  videos of the inside of nelly's st louis mansion

here we are on the outside it was  beautiful such a gorgeous tuscan style home

very grand entryway in the foyer

the biggest selling point by far was  the view this estate is super private  

very secluded out in Wildwood up  on a hill it looks out for miles

nelly originally bought the home with  the intention of remodeling it you can  

see the floors are missing there's a  safe in the floor in the master suite  

some of the bathrooms were remodeled  and the kitchen was partially finished  

but there's still a lot of work that  needs to be done to restore this home

again very private it sits up  on this hill over 12 acres of  

land and it's right next to a ski resort  you got such great views from this house

here's a good example you can see  they started the renovations but

and now we're heading on down  into the walkout basement

beautiful wet bar not sure what this space  is it's not a bedroom so i guess it could
