Hi everybody my name is John-Paul Burton I'm here on the YES stand at Printwear & Promotion
[5]
2019
[6]
and we're going to show you around,
[8]
look at all the new tech and equipment we've got today.
[13]
So here on display we've got our latest transfer printing systems
[18]
self-weeding transfer systems: print wizard. Available in A3 and A4 machines.
[23]
Capable of printing onto polys, cottons
[26]
and many different applications even onto paper.
[32]
Okay, so now we're onto the MAS-12 machine from SWF
[43]
This new machine has a new KS series screen system, operating at 1000 stitches per minute.
[50]
Nice and compact, it can communicate with wireless networking and also has the
[55]
ability to do caps, tubular or flat.
[60]
Okay, so moving on from the brand-new MAS-12. What we have over here is the latest, new
[66]
EN machine from SWF. As a compact machine it's got the ability to do all
[72]
applications, as well as caps as well. We're running 3D caps here at the minute,
[77]
as we can see here. It's got a nice large touch screen on it as well. Okay, so now
[82]
what we're going to do is introduce the very latest dual function machine from SWF,
[86]
the K-series, and we can see it here operational. So this is a design
[91]
that we're just in the process of doing here. Quite a few thousands of stitches ar-
[96]
actually more like hundreds of thousands of stitches with multiple variations. We can see
[100]
that we're using a 39 to 49 frame and we've got a very nice stitch quality in here
[107]
on the machine. It's dual function meaning you can do two different things at the same time
[110]
or the same thing more flexibly at the same time. So on this side we are running
[114]
on beanie hats, let me show you the beanie hats working. Now we want to press
[119]
start on the left hand side to keep productions more flexible.
[123]
Our machine is capable of producing around 20 to 25% more flexibility
[129]
Than any other straight machine, including the SWF straight machines as well.
[133]
What you can also see with the machine is, down in the corner here,
[137]
all SWF machines, as standard actually have an inbuilt oiling system. So
[141]
all the customer needs to do is one pull, flip the lever,
[146]
one pull. So that's done for the whole of- the whole of that day for
[151]
oiling now. The machine now can go and carry on production no need for any of the
[156]
operatives to play around with oiling. Make life easy for yourself!
[163]
So what we're going to show you now is networking capabilities. This can work on a product called SENS, our embroidery network.
[170]
So within the system here- erm all of our machines come with a five-year warranty and a seven-year stitch quality
[174]
guarantee. Also inside here what we have with the SENS program is we're able to
[179]
see everything about machine: its stitching, it's time of stitching, it's
[183]
thread breakage, its downtime, the operative run jobs, the physical amount
[188]
of time that the machine has been running. From an operational point of
[191]
view, it tells you if your staff are actually doing their job. From here, well
[194]
let's move on. This is our latest machine, this is the new KS machine, a straight
[199]
machine. But this machine operates at 1200 stitches per minute that means, guys, it's the
[205]
fastest embroidery machine in the world. Barudan don't make it, Tajima don't make it.
[209]
It's only made by SWF. This means that this machine
[212]
is 20% faster than any straight machine or up to 20% faster than any straight
[216]
machine. Of course, when we compare this to the
[220]
dual function - there's a new version of dual function coming shortly, which will
[223]
mirror this machine - it's the KS Dual. You're working at the same speed giving around
[228]
about 45% more profitability and productivity than any other machine.
[231]
Again with the KS machine we still have the great oiling system.
[237]
Because SWF believe in oiling and they believe in making life easy for the customer.
[245]
So here also at the Printwear show this year, we're going to launch - we have launched,
[251]
the new DTG Digital G4 printer.
[254]
This is a fully automated machine with
[257]
a self-leveling bed and very high-speed in printing terms.
[264]
The machine can also store the graphics inside
[269]
as a memory from the RIP to save the graphics.
[274]
Once the machine has loaded, we're going to go in to find the logo and hit print
[278]
and that's it.
[279]
So as you can see the G4 has now printed. The machine can print
[284]
any graphic within between 22 seconds and up to two minutes depending on
[290]
resolution but on this stage we see we've got full color there.
[294]
Just moving on now, you've also got our latest new machine here which is the QM8 machine so
[299]
the latest print system from DTG, capable of printing up to 450 shirts an hour.
[361]
So that's 6 t-shirts in a matter of seconds on the new QM8 machine.
[367]
So, come around here
[370]
We've now got also
[373]
the ability to print onto shoes. As well as the new product feature, colour iOS, capable of saving
[379]
a customer 30% a year, coming out this year. On top of that, we've also got the M2 here.
[384]
See, the machine is receiving the data. Ready to print.
[397]
So this is our M2 machine, now printed, CMYK on white ink on here
[402]
using the new iOS feature. So what we can see by this, iOS actually helps a
[409]
customer reduce their cost per print quite massively. So we're taking a
[414]
standard profile use compared to a new profile: iOS. We can see that the prints
[419]
are very similar in size statute but the quality of the color is strong, but more
[424]
importantly cost per print is reduced quite a lot.
[428]
So, thanks for visiting our stand at Printwear & Promotion show
[432]
Hope you had a good show, and visited our booth
[434]
and you saw some of the great things that we have here to offer from our company.
[438]
Hopefully we'll see you again soon!
