so i want to cover this whole escrow burning of  47 billion and will it get burned and what does  

it mean for xrp and what does it mean for the  xrp community well i am going to break that down  

to the core right here let's get a couple house  cleaning rules first before we get into it  

let's understand the concept of xrp so the  concept of xrp is wrapped around a capped amount  

of coins which will help abort inflation a unique  mechanism was developed to achieve this with each  

transaction .0001 xrp is burned to execute ripple  strategy in its small amount today but in three to  

five years the value of xrp token will increase  significantly moreover such an algorithm can  

protect the network and reduce the number of spam  transactions and that's why we also burn xrp each  

time we do transactions because it's lit it limits  the spam onto the network so as we as the network  

grows as trillions and billions and millions flow  through this network burning tokens will be key  

and just to give you guys a rough idea take a look  at this so currently when we go to the xrp scan  

these are live transactions that are grown out  and these are the coins that are getting burnt  

and let me give you guys a rough idea of  exactly how much coins are actually out there  

so when we jump into xrp charts so currently as  of right now there is 99 billion in change so  

as you guys could see if we wait two seconds here  you'll see right there it keeps going down right  

so let's get into this xrp validator ledger and  when we get let's just get this burnt transaction  

let's see how much this is right now so when we go  ahead and convert it that's about 14 cents as of  

right now but when xrp hits 100 dollars within on  a conservative scale five years um let's go ahead  

and jump over to how much would that be in five  years if we were to get that value at a hundred  

dollars so you're looking at about 12.59 when  xrp hits 100 dollars that transaction would cost  

so math is fun and math does not lie and i'm gonna  break everything down for you guys here so take a  

look at this currently there's 99 billion left  of xrp that is circulating 47 of that is locked  

up in escrow if we were to burn that we would be  left with 52 billion xrp and change circulating  

rounding up to 53 billion and then i want to bring  this into your consideration as well because a lot  

of people again this kind of quieted down but  a lot of people were talking about how you know  

judd mccaleb has xrp what if he dumps what if the  xrp price drops what blood work well the whole  

payments of jeff mccallup ended and this is jeff  mccaleb's balance right now he has 709 million  

well let's round it up to 710 million xrp so  that would put him within the one percent so he  

holds about one percent of the circulating supply  and let's just take that out of the fraction and  

that gives us again it's see it doesn't make a  big difference as you can see the numbers you see  

it doesn't make a big difference whatsoever so  off the bat don't worry about this whole gemma  

caleb and whoever you speak to about xrp they  bring up jeff mccaleb and how he could dump it or  

all that stuff just stop talking to  them or educate them or educate them  

uh but when we break down this math from a utility  perspective let's see what we get if we were to do  

again these numbers i'm using if you're new to my  channel i like to stay very conservative so you  

guys could see the picture and then be like holy  like these are numbers you're getting right now  

just wait until you hear this let's say we  want to do 500 billion dollars in transactions  

and the value of xrp is at 100 you would need  approximately 5 million xrp to do that transaction  

but wait if we were to divide 5 million how many  times does it go into the circulating supply that  

means we could do 10 456 transactions okay i hope  you guys are following along because we have a  

lot of numbers there's a lot of following along  going on here so given what's left out there in  

the circulating supply let's just say there's 52  000 out there and ripple wanted to do 500 billion  

dollars in transactions and there is thousands of  transactions on a daily basis and when we're doing  

10 456 transactions we're basically using up the  whole supply of xrp and that will give us a value  

of 5 trillion dollars and if you guys remember  from yesterday's video the 23 trillion dollars and  

that's one percent of what's coming and have the  whole political theater and all that stuff connect  

the dots guys connect the dots put put them all  all the videos you guys watched in my videos put  

them all together as you guys watch my videos as  well because do you see where i'm going with this  

i will be 100 honest with you guys there is no  way i believe that xrp maximum supply would be 60  

60 billion because that escrow we're  never going to see it in my opinion  

and don't get distracted with the noise don't get  distracted with the all these all coins moving and  

all that stuff because our time will come i'm  telling you i'm showing you guys this evidence  

this research connecting these dots putting this  in front of you so you guys could understand  

and just huddle and sit tight because it's coming  and when it comes it's going to be huge it's going  

to be massive it's going to be something that the  crypto market has never seen before people are  

going to be so shocked and keep in mind xrp cannot  fluctuate when it's doing trillions of dollars  

because it won't work well if it does that it has  to remain at a stable price and you guys know xrp  

has been remaining in stable price and when  xrp moons you know 1500 200 it's gonna stay at  

those levels it's not gonna that's it you're  not gonna see a huge retracement you can't  

mess around with a utility token value it can't  fluctuate from a hundred to 200 to 200 to back  

to 50 dollars 50 to 70 it's not gonna happen  because if you didn't know the price of xrp  

remained around 28 cents to 31 cents from november  2019 to 2020 of august and you guys know that  

with that is really good though that is a really  good indicator for the community itself and for  

the ripple xrp utility token it's really good when  you look at when you look at it from an outsider  

you could work with something that's stable  but i'm going to start wrapping this video up  

i want to leave this i want to leave this with  you guys a quote from arthur roberto one of the  

co-founders of xrp if xrps are being destroyed  with every transaction and there are only going  

to be a fixed supply then what happens to  ripple when all the xrp had been destroyed  

and this is what arthur brittle replies with  back in 2013 people lose xrp by thousands  

lost passwords or other errors the loss due to  transaction fees is insignificant the world need  

not worry about running out of xrp because xrp is  divisible to six digits which can be increased to  

more digits i'm going to show you guys what he's  talking about so when xrp hits a hundred dollars  

this is what xrp's digits would look like  right obviously and then when we hit 80  

this is how 80 dollars worth of xrp  would look like and then when we hit 50  

that's how one xrp would look like it  would be half an xrp and when we hit  

ten dollars right that's how it would look like  and when xrp is a hundred dollars that's how 99  

cents in xrp would look like so i really hope  this video gave you guys a better perspective
