here are three scenarios in which an

investor or developer could use a bridge

if it's in a prime location and the

essentially land and would be a risky

the lender has to feel confident in the

ability for the project to get entitled

and or approved as for the pricing the

interest rates typically range from

eight percent

to ten percent but it could go up to
