[3]
Hi everyone!
[4]
Today's video is about thin and soft nails
[7]
and cutucles which is due to them
[10]
very soft, thin, crawling and overgrowing
[14]
and really hard to remove
[16]
you can easily wound it with cuticle nippers
[18]
and the result won't be as thorough and neat as we need
[22]
but using nail drill often leads to nail notches cause of it's softness
[28]
so today i'm gonna show you my removal method for such cuticles
[34]
using nail drill and special soft bits
[37]
So, let's begin!
[39]
Today we have a difficult model
[41]
as you can see cuticle is very thin, adherent, a bit ripped
[46]
and moreover it is very delicate
[48]
that's why we must be very precise
[51]
so we wont hurt our client
[54]
Here you can see that the case is really difficult
[58]
Our first bit is corundum cylinder with a straight edge
[61]
This soft bit designed specifically for use on the natural nail
[66]
we begin to work as always counterclockwise while the finger is on the side
[71]
the bit turns clockwise
[75]
This position works for right-handers
[77]
if you are left-handed everything will be vice versa
[80]
bit will spin counterclockwise and your movements will be clockwise
[86]
our task is to clean off the cuticle from the nail to rise up as much as possible and to clean the nail maximally
[92]
we do the biggest part of work with this bit leaving to the next bit only the cleaning of lateral grooves
[100]
the speciality of corundum cylinder is its softness, it is basically impossible to make a nail notch with it
[106]
and for such soft nails like today this problem is particularly important
[111]
because clients with this particular type of nails and cuticles often suffer from the problem of cutting the nail plate and wounds on the skin
[119]
however you shouldn't forget about the correct technology of work with the first bit
[124]
make only the parallel movements of the bit
[128]
Never put the bit at an angle!
[131]
You can twist the finger, lift up the finger pad, if necessary, but always work parallel to the nail
[138]
As you can see we also use corundum cylinder to clean the nail pterygium
[143]
exfoliations at the free edge or remains of previous coatings
[149]
Well here you can see how well we have raised cuticles and cleaned the nail itself
[154]
Now we move to the second bit
[156]
The second bit called needle
[158]
it is diamond narrow cylinder with a flared-up end
[161]
We will clean up the pterygium from under the cuticle and lateral grooves using it
[166]
We start from the same position as with the cylinder
[169]
we put the finger on the side and moving from right to left holding a bit parallel to the nail
[174]
Be careful to keep the bit parallel to the nail instead of putting it at an angle
[183]
To clean the right groove simply put the bit in it and pull it down
[188]
and to clean the left groove we need to turn the bit and clean it with a flared-up end
[197]
That's what we've got. Now we need to clean off the formed short "skirt" from a cuticle
[203]
For this we take a round diamond bit size 2.3 mm
[208]
it is the smallest size of my round bits
[211]
Today we use this size because as you can see "skirt" is quite narrow and there is no need for a larger diameter
[218]
Round bit has a medium abrasiveness, which matches the blue notch
[222]
The speciality of using the round bit is that you need to push a little on an internal part of cuticle
[228]
and then move from the inside to upward as if cutting off the formed fringe with the bit
[233]
Be very attentive! All movements go from the inside of cuticle to outside and slightly push for cleaning
[241]
Do not rub at one place at all you will burn or wound the client inevitably
[258]
Another very important thing that the manicurist should understand
[261]
is that the round bit works effectively only on the well-lifted cuticles
[265]
this is what we did with the first bit
[268]
If the cylinder worked not good enough you can't cut the cuticle off with the round bit
[272]
and of course don't forget that the round bit must move from the inside to the outside
[277]
With the round bit we file down skin around the nail
[280]
Here we can push harder, don't be afraid, it is basically impossible to wound client in this area
[308]
That's what we've got and we have left only skin polishing
[313]
It's a job for my favorite bit round corundum
[316]
as my clients say wich looks like lollipop
[319]
By the way, if you want to order our bits, send me a personal message at the Facebook, see link below the video
[326]
You should polish the cuticle with slightly long movements without strong pressure
[331]
but be attentive not to get stuck on one place otherwise it is possible to burn the client
[355]
Here is our result and we are very satisfied with it
[358]
Our last step is cuticles correction with a pusher to check ourselves
[363]
Do we have all perfectly cleaned and to form a circular line of the cuticle
[377]
And here we covered nails of our model with biogel
[380]
this is the perfect cover for this type of nails
[383]
and we have a separate video tutorial about it.
[387]
I hope you like our video tutorial and it will be useful to you
