that what was the reason, the scene behind, how did i got PNP in Manitoba

what was the process. we'll talk about everything

but we've done everything right till the date so there is no chance of wrong

but, now i'm gonna tell you about the whole thing

because i was waiting for PNP to arrive so then i can disclose every thing to you

so my PNP just arrived and i'm making this video for you within 5 days

firstly i want to tell you that my studies ended in 2020 right

so my studies ended in 2020. so in 2020....

"remembering was it 2020 or 2019" lol!

it was 2020.

in 2020 september my studies ended and i was ending up with two options at that time

either i move to other province i came in toronto for the one's who don't know

Seneca College, Newyork Campus was like my campus when i came and my course was Computer Networking

this was the backgroud about me. My jan intake was of 2019. So my course ended in September 2020 .Ahh.. in 2020

Alright there are two options for me

Either i wait there in Toronto finding a NOCB level job

but still my points are not enough

Because back at that time we don't know that k cutoff of 75 points or the TR to PR. we don't know anything about this. Right!

so we have to make sure that we're not wasting our time that was my goal

the thing that i did is selected the second option and moved

the first option was to stay there and find some NOC B level job and complete 2, 2.5, 3 years at job and attach a file

if the points goes down, then do it

i found this option as time wasting at that time

now at that time while i'll moving many people said; "why are you doing this?, stay there

they are good too, they are also right. that why to move

but i want to move

i moved to Manitoba

why did i moved to Manitoba

i have the option of Manitoba and Nova Scotia. but i choose Manitoba with gut feeling and moved to Manitoba

Right! now in Manitoba one year. let's go in more background

as i came to Manitoba

so i completed my program in september and in october i came here. and at the end of october i found a job NOC B as a supervisor

today i'm making this video in my office

so when i got a job. i worked here for one year October (2020) to October (2021)

and in november i have attached my file for the PNP

what documents do you want for PNP?, what's the procedure? i will tell you step by step

but notice that PNP here requires one month only since i came here one year ago

but now because of the files crossed million overall. so, all the offices are stacked with the files and the process is slow

so now they took six months for PNP. so, November (2021) to April (2022). almost six months. i got PNP which i thought it can one month. Right!

so now i tell you, which documents i have used for the PNP or what can you do if you moved

so i have needed two main things that is Empolyment Letter

and within that written that Akshit works here as a full time permanent Employee, his Pay-rate and his duties. Duties are most important

Because when you mention your duties then only they resonate with you NOC

what is NOC? let me tell you within a minute

Canadian jobs are divided in NOC's (National Occupation Code) that mean a job is assigned a code

so the NOC O level jobs let's say i think Doctors, Engeeneirs. NOC A levels are of managers. B level supervisors and technicians. C level customer service representatives

the Tim Hortans customer representative cashiers they all are in stage C. NOC's are arranged like this

so there is an issue between NOC C and NOC B

because mostly jobs are in NOC C in student life

when i have worked in Tim Hortans at level C

but in PNP here, right now every NOC is available NOC C, B that's good

but i have to take NOC B just to be secure just to feel secure because if they change the rule that NOC C don't take me so there will be no issue

so i found NOC B jobs as a team supervisor. today in my company i am as a team supervisor

so i worked 1 year here. and asked manager for the Employment Letter. and all the paste ups, paychecks you have to collect them all, obviously.

they all comes online my as well print them and keep them

these two main things are required. $500 is the Application fee that i paid. in which stream i applied? i applied in skilled workers stream

there are many of them skilled overseas, skilled worker and the people who studies in Manitoba they have different stream so they have the different system. Right!

i am talking about my requirements i have needed one year experience and need all that things i have told you earlier in which

Paychecks and Employment Letter

i was thinking about the video onwards. okay! when i have these all things

and your you know the documents birth certificates and other. i am not going to take much time in that because you can find the list of them online because these things are a google search away. Right!

but i want to talk about the main topic, when you get all these things then you have to upload file on an online portal. i uploaded it myself such a easy process. no tension in it

when you upload all the documents and did all the things then you will receive the confirmation after one day in which file number exists after file number comes your process will start

now they will call your manager. the managers number on the Employment Letter they call him and ask, "how was it?"

so these all things matter alot. take care about it. once they call to the manager then you will get your PNP within a week

the manager told me that they called i knew that my PNP will arrive in a week and thats it

so this was the process of PNP and let's talk about further after PNP

yes, now we talk about what we should do after PNP. what are steps after that

now PNP came and the pending work is of PR file means upload a PR file which i will upload in this week most probably

in which you know we have the PNP and other regular documents are needed but some additional documents are required for the PR i was thinking to make a proper separate video

because it needs health certificate and you will have the health checkup again, PCC needed police clearance

so i will cover these all things in a seperate video but in this update i just told you that what was the process of PNP for me because it can differ for every person

i told you the main main requirements about the PNP but is you have NOC C instead of NOC B as of now they are accepting but no one knows what will happen after one year

so that is why alway research, always double check choose this step because it matters alot because moving is not easy. where you lived two years after that to set everything in a different province it's difficult

but i have this sure short choice i thought this is the fastest way but then the 75 draw lost and TR to PR came

but thats okay i don't regret that but it take little much too time but my this choice is like secured
