digital signature. The signature must match the

contractor name you listed on the application.

Once you click Submit, you're not finished.

You must download the certificate.

Save the certificate file for your records.

To find the downloaded file, go to your PC folders,

select your downloads folder and you will see the PDF.

Open the document, click File, Save As, and save it to your computer.
