We did a video exactly like this last year, we are doing it this year too. ‘Fitness bands under Rs 3000’

If you are one of those people whose resolution was to improve health

Smartwatches have become popular but if your focus is more on fitness then

The main reason being the battery life of these watches which last up to 14 days unlike batteries of smartwatches which last for 2-3 days

And that is why a lot of people prefer fitness bands more, and we tell you which are the best in the game

Normally when we upload ‘best tech’ type videos we set a benchmark and we have set with these bands as well

Lastly, you guys decide which is at #1 for me both are equally good of them being MI smart band 5 and the other one being MI smart band 6

The 6 is slightly costlier by 1k pricing at Rs 3500, except for the big screen and SpO2 rest of the features are the same in MI 6 & 5

So you can go for MI 6 if these two features are more important for you else MI 5 at Rs 2499 with a 1.1-inch screen with 14 days battery life

It also has a 5ATM heart rate sensor and sports mode

If you prefer SpO2 & big screen go for MI6 but you'll have to pay Rs 1000 more
