BREAKING: Trump "Guilty of Numerous Felonies"..."Beyond Reasonable Doubt" - YouTube

Speaker 1: major breaking news. This this聽
is this is absolutely huge. The prosecutor,聽聽
[6]
who resigned recently from the Trump criminal聽
probe now says that Trump is guilty of numerous聽聽
[14]
felonies beyond a reasonable doubt. This is not聽
a I'm going to pat myself on the back story,聽聽
[21]
but it sort of is in the sense that when we聽
learned that these prosecutors resigned from聽聽
[28]
the Trump probe, right wingers everywhere were聽
saying they resigned because they realized it聽聽
[34]
was a witch hunt. And at the time, I said, there's聽
no evidence of that. And if we want to speculate,聽聽
[40]
it seems more plausible to me that the prosecutors聽
investigating Trump resigned because they realized聽聽
[47]
there's not actually any willingness to charge the聽
guy. And they found wrongdoing. That is exactly聽聽
[55]
what one of the prosecutors now says. This story聽
cannot be cannot be understated in its importance.聽聽
[62]
Former Manhattan prosecutor believed聽
Trump was guilty of numerous felonies.聽聽
[67]
One of the prosecutors, who had been leading聽
the Manhattan District Attorney's investigation聽聽
[72]
into former President Trump and the Trump聽
Organization, said in his resignation letter that聽聽
[76]
he believed Trump was quote guilty of numerous聽
felony violations, per the New York Times.聽聽
[82]
His financial statements were false, and he聽
has a long history of fabricating information聽聽
[87]
relating to his personal finances, lying聽
about his assets to banks, the national media,聽聽
[92]
counterparties and many others, including the聽
American people. This is Mark Pomerantz who wrote聽聽
[97]
this in his resignation letter. The team that has聽
been investigating Trump harbors no doubt about聽聽
[104]
whether he committed crimes. He did. I and others聽
have advised you that we have evidence sufficient聽聽
[111]
to establish Trump's guilt beyond a reasonable聽
doubt. And we believe that the prosecution聽聽
[117]
would prevail if charges were brought. And the聽
matter were tried to an impartial jury. No case is聽聽
[124]
perfect. Whatever the risks of bringing the case聽
may be, I am convinced that a failure to prosecute聽聽
[128]
will pose much greater risks in terms of public聽
confidence in the Fair Administration of Justice.聽聽
[134]
This is one of the biggest stories around聽
presidential wrongdoing and criminality in聽聽
[141]
decades in decades, and the right is ignoring聽
it. Pomerantz also expressed his concerns that聽聽
[147]
not proceeding would doom future efforts at聽
prosecuting Trump in related cases. Guys,聽聽
[153]
I hate to be, I know it sounds like I'm patting聽
myself on the back, but. They were just so wrong.聽聽
[162]
And my speculation turned out to be not just聽
pointing in the right direction. It is exactly聽聽
[170]
what Pomeranz is saying took place. This is聽
exactly what he says is going on. We suspected聽聽
[178]
there is serious hesitation from days to be聽
the first to prosecute a former president.聽聽
[186]
My prediction was if one prosecution went聽
forward, then a whole bunch of others would. But聽聽
[194]
who wants to be the first because admittedly聽
this is politically unstable ground?聽聽
[199]
And it is historically unstable ground, and it's a聽
big deal to charge a former president, I get that.聽聽
[206]
But my sense was that these investigators were聽
resigning, not because there was no evidence聽聽
[214]
and they were being forced to put together a聽
case against Trump. But my instinct was they're聽聽
[220]
resigning because they're they're realizing聽
their work is going to be put in the toilet聽聽
[225]
and flushed 10 to 15 times, as Donald Trump聽
likes to say. They were finding wrongdoing.聽聽
[233]
And these are extraordinarily strong words聽
guilt beyond a reasonable doubt that we聽聽
[238]
would be able to clearly establish in front of聽
a jury of the commission of multiple felonies.聽聽
[244]
When did we last hear prosecutor speak that聽
way about the actions of a sitting or former聽聽
[249]
sitting president? It is arguably unprecedented,聽
and they realize my boss isn't going to charge聽聽
[255]
Trump. He's not going to do it. So what聽
the hell am I doing here doing this work?聽聽
[259]
What we do know is they are hesitant about聽
charging Trump and that I understand that,聽聽
[266]
but we now know the real reason why聽
they resigned. And it is exactly exactly聽聽
[274]
what I suspected was going on. If there is a聽
miscarriage of justice here. It's that Trump聽聽
[281]
has not been charged. I want to hear from you.聽
