From then many of you have asked for the simple way to open a demat account

and also the suggestions about where to open the demat account

So, this video is for such people

Because it is about money and every person who wants to make money will definitely open a demat account one day

So in order to trade in stock market you need a demat account

We just need three identity proofs to open a demat account

Within just 5 minutes you can open a demat account using your mobile phone

without anybody's help

Point no-1: What are the best companies to open demat account

Point no-2: What are the required documents to open a demat account

Point no-3: What is the procedure to open demat account in just 5 minutes?

If you are looking for any of these steps, you can directly jump to the respective timeline

Point no-1: I researched and finalized two companies to open demat account

One is paid and other is free option

1st option: The no-1 company in India that has 20 lakh traders is Zerodha

Most of the professional traders open their demat account in this company

Because zerodha is a brand and they charge 300 Rs to open account

But we don't have to pay 300 Rs. While opening the account, if you uncheck commodities option

It's enough to pay 200 Rs

Here we can save 100 Rs

95% of traders may not need this commodity option

Option-2: This is a free option. Many local companies might offer free demat account

But it also should be a best company even if it is free

The company I finalized is Angel Broking company

This company is in the market for the past 30 years and nearly 13 lakh traders are trading through this company

and also the margins they give to the customers are more than Zerodha

There are also some benefits associated with this free option

If you want to open a free demat account, you can choose Angel Broking company

I gave corresponding links to open demat accounts in these two companies below the video

One can also open account in both the companies without any problem

After opening account in both the companies, choose the one you are more comfortable with

and where the brokerage charges are less. Based on that you can shift from one to other

Point no-2: The required documents to open a demat account

No-1: Front and back side photos of Aadhar card that is linked to the mobile number

The front side photo of PAN card, your passport size photo or a selfie in your mobile

The selfie should be like a decent passport size photo not a casual one

Your bank account no and IFSC code

Now the 3rd point. What is the procedure for account opening?

The procedure is same for both the companies. Here I will explain the step by step procedure to open demat account in Angel Broking

First click on the link below this video that says free demat account in Angel Broking

You will be redirected to the account opening page of Angel Broking

First enter your name as exactly mentioned in Aadhar card and your mobile number linked to it

Type city or town you live in, in the column of city

After that you will find your place name, select it

In case if you don't find your place, you can enter your nearby city or town

Then you will get an OTP to your mobile. Enter that OTP here as shown

Tick on "I agree" and click "Take me ahead"

Here you have to enter your date of birth as mentioned in your PAN card in the format date/month/year

Then enter your PAN card number, Email ID that is in use, bank account number and IFSC code

IFSC code will be there in your bank passbook

and then click on "Take me ahead" and close the unnecessary tabs

You will get personal details tab here and tick "enter details manually" and click on "proceed"

Here you have to enter your basic details like male of female, married or unmarried

Average annual income is 1.5 lakhs generally, enter that here

Next enter your profession from business, housewife, student or anything

Here enter your fathers name, address, city and pincode

In the next page upload passport photo, PAN card photo and Aadhar card's front and back side photo

Here you don't need bank statement

Whoever has 6 months of bank statements can upload if you have

Next click on "proceed to e-sign"

and select the checkbox here

Give your Aadhar card and click on "send OTP"

Enter the OTP sent to your mobile and press "submit"

Only when the mobile number is linked to the Aadhar card, you will get OTP

In rear cases, if the KYC verification of PAN is not complete, they will be asked for IPV(In person verification)

For that you have to record a simple selfie video

Click on the record button, show the front and back side, stop the video and press the "click" button

Then click "proceed"

and the last step, press the "self courier" option and then "proceed" button

That's it, you will receive congratulations

and then within an hour to two days,you will receive an email with demat account ID and password

Remember that any photo you take should be in bright light

or else your application will be rejected

Very simple, your demat account is now opened

Now you can start your trading
