their first project was taj corromanded

company opened it's first five star hotel in chennai

all internal operations of their hotels are under indian hotels company limited (IHCL)

IHCL is a subsidiary of the "TAJ" brands which operated which operates taj hotels world wide

a total of 7 hotels in the country are currently operated by the brand, which is mostly in the southern states

the company owns 23% of sri lanka island resorts ltd and 22% of tal hotels and resorts ltd

if we talk about their revenue breakup then 45% from room rent

they generate 45% revenue from food restaurants and Banquet

if we talk about returns then they gave 62% return within one year

wheras if you see then they had very good net income before covid

had amazing jump in 2019 but had a great impact of covid

their cash flow is in minus

in which 0.09% is pledged

and retailers have the holding of 22%

tata buys their mostly products

so they will definitely get the growth and companies 55% revenue comes from tata motors

the company has four large-scale manufacturing palnts in western and northern India

with a total capacity to supply approximately 30,000 tonnes of components and assembly annually

it is also targeting the off-road segments, commercial vehicles and three-wheelers segments

here company have the speciality in equipment fabrication and in structural fabrication

and it's manufacturing facility is in nasik

where company high certified pressure vessel, column

make heat exchangers and other processed equipment

except this they have a manufacturing facility in Nagpur also

and their total manufacturing facility is more than 15000 tones

where if we talk about the one year return of the share

then they have given the return of more than 270%

then if will look to their financial then you will see that net income is continuously in loss

but if you will come on their quarter on quarter income

then you will found that they are in the improvement condition quarterly

net income came in profit

if you will see their holdings then promoter are holding at 75% and retailers are at 24.99%

company have the debt of 60.5 crore

and free cash flow is positive of 13.9 crore
