login to your netbanking account and then in the top ...

menu you can see option called 'Cards'

that's the fourth option from start.

So, click on 'Cards',

once you click on Cards, in the side menu you can see ...

credit card and debit card. you can see three options like ...

Transact, Enquire, Request.

Click on Enquire.

Two more options come up in that the first option we have to ...

click that is 'Cash back Enquiry and Redemption'.

Once you click on that it gives you a menu to select the ...

account number so I have to select the savings account ...

through which my debit card is linked and through which debit ...

card I have some cash back points to be redeemed. I will select that account

and Click on continue.

So now I have two menus in that one is ...

Promotional cash back which I have already redeemed and ...

the other is the product feature one percent Cashback ...

that means for every hundred rupees I spend I get one ...

rupee as cash back and the cash back can be redeemed ...

in the minimum threshold of 250 rupees for example for ...

example now I have 304 .53 as cash back but I can only ...

redeem in 250 remaining amount that is the 54 rupees I ...

cannot redeem because it is not a multiple of 250.

So, if I have 500 rupees then I ...

can redeem redeem it completely because it will be a multiple of 250.

So based on the minimum points needed you can either ...

get the multiple so I'll try to redeem all 304 rupees and ...

So, I will go to Transaction, then I will Select Account number again and I will click on continue

sometimes, Cashback points might expire in a year or two...

why to lose the money which you can avail it so ...

frequently, atleast once in a month, check your cashback points

and redeem them more timely so that you do not lose them.

So, I have selected 250 here and I will click 'Confirm'

Now it'll ask me for re-confirmation I'll check it and Click on 'Confirm'. And, That's it

Thank you for redeeming your eligibile Points and the same would be ...

credited in your account in 2 working days coming So, as you can see here in coming 2 working days amount will be redeemed...

back to my account So, as the message was shown your account will get ...

credited with 250 rupees as shown within 2 working days.

Will definitely come back on you can check your account ...

Points vary from card to card...

So, like if you have a platinum card be 1%, women card some %, diners card some percentage etc.
