online it's where simeon doesn't call you聽
and you can't buy properties because of it聽聽

we got a problem here i just started out on聽
rank 12. i've been able to buy any properties聽聽

because of this glitch so we're gonna go to聽
the internet and i'll show you what's going on

so these are my free properties these are mine聽
because of i have the premium pack that i got聽聽

from epic games i hit by purchase property and聽
it says purchasing properties will be unlocked聽聽

after you get a call from simeon i don't聽
know what i did this stuff should already聽聽

be fixed by now this game has been out for five聽
years so one thing i've learned about this game聽聽

is that it's really weird about progression聽
like you have to do certain things to do聽聽

something else um i noticed that once i went over聽
to the lester icon lester calls you like when you聽聽

first go into online basically all he's talking聽
about is like a heist to start up the heist and聽聽

it actually glitches out the call from simeon聽
that you're supposed to get to unlock properties聽聽

so what you need to do if you have this issue is聽
you just need to go to the lester icon and then聽聽

lester doesn't even come out the call from simeon聽
gets triggered and then now you're able to buy聽聽

properties so you can make rank 5 or whatever but聽
you have to still have to do this to get the call

have to go to leicester and uh it finally opens聽聽

and like all gifts they are freely given although聽

game and uh rockstar's done a lot of work to it聽聽

but there's gonna be glitches here and there even聽
now me starting fresh that was a huge glitch for聽聽

me i i couldn't progress and like buy properties聽
because of that and uh finally now i can
