ISM Safes Super Treasury- MADE IN ISRAEL - YouTube

all right aaron parker parker says vaults i'd  like to give you a look today at a new product  

for us this is an ism safe and ism has been around  since 1914 they're based out of israel no really  

so yep there's a tag right so that's the first uh  safe that i've come across made in israel i think  

that's pretty cool but uh anyway these guys make  all kinds of safes and vault doors and vault rooms  

very high-end stuff a lot of  jewelry safe you know really  

really high-end markets they actually  have the only ul rated trtl60

on on available so if you've  heard about a tl tr60 or trtl60  

that means torch and tor resistant for 60 minutes  that is actually underwriter approved it was these  

guys right here ism so this particular safe  is the super treasury it's the 33 2020 those  

numbers correspond to the internal dimensions so  33 inches tall 20 inches deep and 20 inches wide  

the actual body here is 40 inches tall 27 inches  wide and 32 inches deep so it's a rather deep safe  

but this one weighs uh 2 140 pounds and um  it is comprised this this super treasury  

this has an aluminum casting so the whole thing  the whole body is one piece so it's a it's an it's  

like an aluminum it's called an um uh what do they  call it alkranite so uh kind of a it's a patented  

material by these guys but it's like uh it's a  full body casting so there's no seams or anything  

you know like on the corners there's no welds  none of that it's a full casting so that that's  

a little unique in itself then inside we've got  these alloy grid um they're they're basically bars  

and they're gonna they're gonna go all through the  composite material in the body and in the door so  

all six sides of this is has a tl tr rating so  to get into this safe we've got two locks both  

of these locks are ul approved uh we've got the  group one sergeant greenleaf dial up top here  

and then down here where this little this little  gate just swings open right there and that's going  

to let you put in this long skeleton key right so  it's it's kind of long and it's actually so long  

that they hinge it in the middle so you can carry  in your pocket but anyway so once you go through  

this lock then you're going to come down here  open up that little gate and then turn the key and  

then we can open the safe up so now we've we've  opened both locks and pulled the door open it's an  

it's a very heavy door uh but it swings nice and  smooth nice hinging on here but uh all the um  

all the bolts there's three-way active  bolts and then the bolts of course on the  

on the hinge side like a lot of jewelry  safes the bolts back here on the hinge side  

these these are stationary but all the bolts  are going to go into these sockets here  

all right so bolts on the top bolts on the  bottom and they all go into the sockets there  

so the shelving is all adjustable we've got  touch-up paint there and a little change key  

right here this is how you would change your  combination to your to that group one lock  

these guys in case you're wondering what those  are those are what holds the or hold the the  

shelves in place so rather than those little um  like 90 degree or maybe more than 90 i'm not sure  

how to describe them but like you see in a lot  of safes they kind of pop in stick them in at  

the top and then squeeze them and put them in  at the bottom these are more just like a little  

kind of a little bolt almost like a almost like  a shell casing really but they they stick in  

and then just drop into place and that's what  holds all your all your shelving into place so  

this panel on this door has two keys so there's  a there's two locks to it let me get you a better  

angle there so two locks and then we can just  insert the key and this will hinge open and  

that'll get us back in here to the boat works  and so to change the lock then to change the  

combo rather you've got your change key hole  right there where you can access it real easy  

there are multiple re-lockers on this uh hard  plates all kinds of very uh uh robust um it's  

all quarter inch plate all the bolt works you know  continuous welds everywhere very impressive stuff  

but the uh it's a glass re-locking system here  a glass re-locker system so there's your glass  

back there there's there's glass and then  in front of that glass is hard plate and so  

really tough to get in through into even from  a professional standpoint very tough safe to uh  

to defeat here but what's going on is these glass  re-locking panels those are all going to be random  

so even if you were to you know you're a bad  guy and you get a hold of one of these and  

you're like well i'll take all my numbers and  and measurements and everything and i'll know  

how to do this do these in the future you can't  quite do it because these are going to change  

during production so um that is an ism

these come in 13 different sizes so this  is just kind of the middle of the road here  

come in 13 different sizes  from about 19 inches tall to  

68 inches tall and they range from about  1260 pounds to 5 hundred and thirty

but these guys have been around since 1914  

i'm very impressed with this safe i mean we get a  lot of safes in here i get to move a lot of safes  

but just seeing some of the stuff that they've got  online for instance they're they're vault doors  

um goodness you know i thought i could move some  stuff but i i wouldn't even i wouldn't know how  

to begin to move some of their stuff it's so so  heavy but even this little safe over 2 000 pounds

pretty impressive so if you're looking for a  jewelry safe or something like that where you can  

sleep real well at night whether you're home  or not you might consider these ism this ism
