Visa Coach
[11]
Fast, Easy and Personal
[13]
Hi.
[15]
My name is Fred Wahl - I am the VisaCoach,
known for "front loaded immigration presentations"
[21]
that tell YOUR story leading to fast and easy
approval AND the personal one-on-one attention
[28]
you receive as my client.
[31]
I invented the three step "immigration success
method" which
[36]
anticipates the likely problems and skepticism
your case might face, and then squashes
[42]
those issues by working together on the ideal
appearance of your case
[48]
and preparation of my signature "front loaded
presentation" that tells YOUR story
[55]
the way we WANT it heard.
[57]
When properly implemented, my method helps
"win" approval for your visa even before the
[63]
interview starts.

Using Fiance Visa after the wedding
[71]
Got a phone call today from a man whose fiancee
is in the Philippines.
[75]
She had an idea and asked him to call and
run it by me.
[79]
She really wants to have her wedding in the
Philippines, at her Church and in front of
[84]
her family but doesn’t like the idea of
waiting for a year to get a spouse visa to
[90]
travel to the USA, especially when she knows
that fiance visas are much faster some taking
[97]
only 4 months.
[99]
She wants to have her “cake and eat it too”.
[102]
She wanted to immediately apply for a fiancee
visa, and while it is pending get married
[107]
in her hometown, then attend her Fiance Visa
interview at the US consulate in Manila, pretend
[115]
she is still single, and finally travel using
her fiancee visa to the USA.
[121]
The couple would get married a second time,
this time in the US, and only tell immigration
[128]
about the second marriage, keeping the first
wedding secret.
[132]
It is truly a BAD IDEA
[135]
The rules are very clear.
[139]
ONLY an unmarried person may apply for and/or
travel on a fiancee visa.
[145]
Her plan basically entails that she will 'lie'
in writing on her application forms, then
[151]
'lie' verbally to the consulate officer, and
lie' verbally to the immigration officer at
[157]
the US border.
[158]
At each stage, they will repeatedly ask her
to confirm that she is still unmarried.
[164]
Each time she answers their questions, she
is swearing under oath to an officer of the
[170]
US government.
[172]
There are Penalties for Fraud
What she is planning is immigration fraud.
[179]
Immigration takes a very dim view of this.
[182]
When caught in her dishonesty, there is a
wide variety of punishments US immigration
[187]
could apply.
[188]
She could be refused entry, deported, banned
from entering the USA for 3 or 10 years, or
[194]
even banned for life.
[197]
Don't try to 'Game' Immigration
Lying to US immigration, trying to 'game'
[203]
the visa process is always a bad idea.
[207]
She has two safe and honest choices.
[210]
Apply for a fiancee visa, and then after a
wait of about 6 to 8 months, travel to the
[217]
USA and marry for the FIRST time.
[219]
(she could return later to the Philippines
with her new husband, to marry a second time
[224]
in front of her friends.
[226]
Or get married for the FIRST time in her home
town, then after a wait of about 10 to 14
[232]
months, join her husband in the USA.
[234]
Give her the Wedding of her Dreams
A genuine couple should anticipate spending
[240]
their entire remaining lives together.
[243]
If giving her the wedding she wants, means
a small sacrifice of a few extra months of
[247]
separation, it is well worth it.
[250]
Wedding arrangements are typically more important
to the female.
[255]
As a matchmaker I counsel every man, 'let
her have the wedding she wants'.
[259]
It is important to start your marriage on
the right foot.
[262]
If this is her dream, let her have it.
[265]
She will always remember and be grateful and
know she chose the right man.
[269]
If speed is THE priority: then apply for a
fiancee visas.
[273]
If her dream wedding in her church, surrounded
by family and friends is THE priority, then
[280]
apply for the spousal visa.
