Welcome to an another episode of Unboxholics!

This is Sakis Karpas from GameOver.gr and today I will be showing you the Razer Kraken Pro.

A gaming headset that is mainly intended to PC gamers although it performs really well with other devices too.

The retail box has some technical information on its sides as usual.

Let's take a look at some numbers while I open the box.

The Razer Kraken Pro’s large 40mm neodymium magnet drivers are tuned for clear high- and mid-ranges.

Sensitivity: 110 ± 4dB at 1 kHz Max

Inside the box we find a welcome note, a manual and a Razer sticker set.

Razer Kraken Pro can be used with any device that has a 3.5mm audio jack port such as an mp3 player, tablet, smartphone etc.

Since the headset has a microphone we also find a 6.6 ft splitter adapter.

We tested out the green version of Kraken Pro but there is also a black one available in the market.

The headband on top is cushioned with foam while a soft fabric on the inside prevents sweat accumulation.

The ear cups of the Razer Kraken Pro are foldable which makes it easier to take them along anywhere you go.

On the outside part of the ear cups, we notice a Razer Logo

while on the inside Razer placed some richly crafted circular ear cushions that manage to create superior sound isolation.

Compared to the dubbed down version of Razer Kraken, the Pro version features a microphone.

The microphone can be easily adjusted to the user's preference while when it is not needed it can be hidden back inside.

Razer Kraken's Pro weight is approximately 293 g which means that it is quite comfortable.

Despite its size, Razer Kraken Pro fits perfect to the user's head which makes it easy to use for other activities too such as running.

I tested Razer Kraken Pro by playing video games and listening to music and I was amazed by the quality of the sound and the bass clarity.

Razer Kraken Pro is available now at the price of €85.

Personally, I thought that no other gaming headset would surpass Razer Electra in means of price and features.

But I was disproved by Razer once again. Razer Kraken Pro is one of the best stereo gaming headsets in the market.
