like to talk about

they're a title company

so a lot of people don't know that i'm

pouring this pin at y'all but

a lot of people don't know that amrock

is actually

a title company and not a signing

service definitely keeps me booked and

busy

not only that they pay weekly and

their packages are very small i do a lot

of hybrid refinances with them

and normally it's or usually it's only

about 45 pages

quicken loans they don't require you to

give a copy to the bar so

that's less money that you have to spend

because less paper less ink

amrock is my number one company i love

no we are in the same zip code of course

we live in the same household we're not

we try not to be in competition with one

saying the reason why i like amrock is

you can always talk to somebody there's

um for the app you definitely have to

make sure that you get to it quickly

become more of a preferred notary

um they usually call next one so the

next one would be zone

and uh zone is a preferred favorite of

mine because it was the first one that

actually gave me some business

and um yeah my first one was on okay

and um it was the fee for it was about

90 dollars

and uh it was it was about 146 pages i

remember because

i didn't do everything right at all but

you know y'all

y'all got to get out there and fake it

till you make it when you get ready to

start this service right here

um because not necessarily fake it till

but well i guess you're faking it till

you make it because you haven't done any

yeah you're gonna make make mistakes and

don't be afraid to make mistakes because

the best thing about it is whenever you

um but like i said going going forward

talking about zone zone we have a

special type of relationship so i make

sure i take care of them because they

take care of me they make

and zone they pay um i think

twice a month usually i think on

wednesdays is when they send out their

payment

but the good thing is too now you don't

even get paid 90

how much do you get paid now on average

yeah i say minimum 9 is like 110

and that's only because counter offer

well with zone they actually don't have

they don't allow you

to necessarily counter off you have to

because of whatever reason you need a

higher fee or print fee or travel fee

whatever the case may be and usually

nine times out of ten zone they honor it

especially if you are a good notary

signing agent

yes so zone is definitely uh

well you know signature closures that's

another one of my babies

you know i'm saying they they definitely

um as well as keep mama with some good

top tiers for me they give me a lot of

um they also have an app that you can go

to and they're very very user friendly

when it comes to accepting or declining

and there is a lot of people on the

platform that you could possibly and

potentially be a

competition with so i would definitely

say

with signature closures make sure that

you are near the phone or have it glued

to your hands

okay and they pay twice a month so

um they pay every two weeks i think on

the 15th and the 30th something like

that or

the first and um the 15th but anyway so

with your closers if you are looking for

a signing service that pays quickly you

so uh next one our next one is yeah

banks are

they showed me a lot of love uh in the

beginning when i first signed up i

thought they forgot about me to be

honest because

they didn't they wasn't sending me a lot

of volume like uh

the other ones like zone or signature

closures

and um when i first worked with bank

serve

um it was a lot of craziness going on i

was so excited because

that was like my first ever one for 150

right

so during the entire process

the laser printer that we have it

started to crap out on us and

we were having issues with the wi-fi so

um i had to end up having to

troubleshoot all of that

in the midst of it all and what do you

not being organized and on top of

everything kind of

got me out of whack but um we had a

little trouble and didn't have to come

back

and um go and get some documents

resigned because

something got dropped off okay now i

know what you're talking about at first

i didn't realize

yeah um bankster was that that one that

um he was so upset that he made a

mistake with bank serve just because

like i said big serve you're always

you're never going to get anything

below 150 you're always going to get

paid either 150

175 but um yeah but then

i think i made up for it i made up for

it they sent me another one a couple

days after that

and because like she said i was so

distraught i was like

and um i made sure i did everything the

we got out there and at the end of it

all the escrow officer he

actually thanked me for

being so prompt and uh efficient when it

came down to getting the signing done

for him in a timely fashion because it

was a sense of urgency

and it needed to be done in a timely

fashion

okay and our next one is

you know what i think timios is also

maybe a title company

they are yeah so i have to name this

title company and signing service

well tim yos you know i got a i got a

kind of love-hate relationship with them

you know um if you ever work for tim yos

but um one of the things i do love about

them is that they're very consistent

with their their packs as well as the

lenders that they deal with in my area

um so there isn't anything that's out of

the or

an ordinary that um is going to catch

you off guard whenever you're in the
[560]
middle of a signing
[562]
and things to look for is that whenever
[564]
they do send you those signings
[566]
it's going to be a lot of individual
[569]
documents inside of this large package

so you got to make sure that you have

the

proper information hey man hey you want

to come up here and get some candy i

just said in the video earlier

that we who's gonna hide the candy from

him he just got it from taking a nap hey

all right so now with timeos like we

um they are very consistent with their

work

um one of the downsides is having a

whole lot of pdfs but

us being organized and making sure that

we have everything in order

we prevent having drop-offs by

now counting every document and

separating it

individually before we even put them

together so we have our package

as well as the packet for the uh seller

or the buyer

what you're saying is that they have

instead of sending you

one large pdf and having you separated

um well depending on if you have a dual

printer if you have a dual printer then

you're not you don't need to

uh separate it legally but

um they have about six or seven
[639]
attachments so you just have to make

sure that you download each one so

that's and of course that can be a

little annoying

just because or a little a little

annoying because it's more time

consuming of you having to download each

one

name um especially if you have a full

they are ready with other

signing services that you have to get

they step down in a timely fashion as

well with the sense of urgency

so you know it just takes extra time but

other than that

i mean timeos they they keep you busy
