all right we're on tranquil finance one  of my favorite protocols on harmony one

and

i really like this protocol because there's a lot  to it there's a lot you can do and you get some  

pretty good apys if you uh look  at the the app here there's uh  

markets where you can supply tokens and earn  apy there's you can borrow as well and you can  

borrow to put into the supply which during  apy so you'd subtract the negative apy  

from the positive apy of supplying  with the borrowing and then also

you can stake one tokens here and it's liquid  staking where you would actually receive a liquid  

token which is the st1 token and then you can  deposit that here to earn extra apy so you would  

get the 9.09 percent for regular staking then  they give you the liquid token and you take that  

and you bring that over to the market and then  you can apply that into or supply that into here  

and get another uh 3.71 so we're going to do  that right now we're going to go to the staking  

i got 120 tokens in here get them  because the minimum i think was 101.  

we're going to put 110 here  and we're going to stake that

and when we do that and hit confirm it's  going to give us the st1 tokens and the  

st1 tokens we're going to go back and we're  going to supply those for additional apy

there are also um there's a dex connected to  this which is uh connected to the game divira  

okay there we go they confirmed that  so now we got 105.83 st1 tokens the  

exchange rate is 1.0 st1 to 1.03931

so actually the st1 is worth a little more than  one token right now so if we go back to markets  

um we're going to supply st1 in  the year so we're going to have to  

enable chloride collateral so we have to do that  it's going to cost us a little bit of one tokens

and then

it's confirmed and then we're going  to go here and we're going to supply  

so it looks like we're going to approve it on  this channel i want to do everything by step  

by step so if you're somebody's going to do  this that they see exactly how i'm doing it

just what i'm doing okay so now we have  105.83 tokens we're depositing in here

so once that's deposited we already are getting  the 9.09 on the other uh on the regular staking  

now if we go to the dashboard it's showing that we  are getting uh three point seven one percent eqins  

and that um will be paid out in tranq tokens

so if we go back to markets since we're supplying  st1 tokens we can also lend against them we can  

borrow which is a little bit risky because it's  possible to get liquidated like anything else  

but you can get more st1 or you can  borrow against it or get more btc tokens  

and put them in here and earn other apys on that

so for the purpose of this video all we're  doing today is showing that you can get  

your regular staking 9.09 which is similar to  sticking with a regular harmony one validator  

but then you get these liquid tokens and then you  go back over to the marketplace and you stake them  

in here or supply them in here and get another  3.71 and that shows here so that's all i wanted
