what's up everyone brad here from the money聽
dad channel it is december 15 2020 and聽聽

as of today our zillow stock price prediction聽
has met its price target if you're not tracking聽聽

on which price target that was i posted a video聽
on december 12th so just three days ago i'm going聽聽

to go ahead and play that clip here this is our聽
new flagpole ideally and this is the top of the聽聽

flagpole is going to be our price target so we get聽
143 dollars for our price target we're sitting at聽聽

so 143 dollars was the price target that i posted聽
three days ago and as of today the high was 143.80聽聽

so we climbed up that uh that flagpole uh聽
projection that we set and uh we hit it and聽聽

as soon as we hit it you can see there was聽
a big sell-off so it looked like there were聽聽

a lot of people looking for that exact聽
price range and as soon as they hit it聽聽

they took their profits and the stock went聽
and sold off we closed at 138 dollars so聽聽

about five dollars off of that mark so let聽
me just say you know if you had taken this聽聽

trade when i posted it we were we were sitting聽
at a hundred and twenty nine dollars so聽聽

uh there was fourteen dollars of upside聽
on a 129 dollar stock so probably about聽聽

twelve percent or so gain potential so聽
if you made this trade then you gained 12聽聽

profit in two trading days um so congrats to聽
you if you made that trade if not um i'm just聽聽

here to say look the on this channel we do stock聽
chart pattern analysis and i post patterns that聽聽

hit their price targets more often than not i聽
do not make videos on stock chart patterns that聽聽

are below average winners every video i make has聽
a chart pattern in it that wins more often than聽聽

not so if you play enough of these you are going聽
to win more often than not so this one was a bull聽聽

pennant which has a 55 success rate so it's not聽
an absolute massive winner but you know 55 percent聽聽

win rate means it loses 45 percent of the time聽
so you got a 10 difference there if you do that聽聽

enough you are going to win um there are other聽
chart patterns that i make videos on that have聽聽

upwards of 87 success rate and anything in between聽
so this is one of the lowest success rates and we聽聽

happen to hit our price target on it this time聽
i've made videos on other bull pennant patterns聽聽

that have hit their price targets so um it's you聽
know it's just a numbers game but in this case we聽聽

hit our price target on a 55 uh chance and made聽
some money on it so um now that we have hit our聽聽

price target we are gonna we're gonna clear off聽
these drawings and we're gonna wait for another聽聽

setup i don't see much right now there's nothing聽
immediately popping out at me that that says you聽聽

know there's a new chart pattern on here to watch聽
for but you know we just had a bull pennant play聽聽

out so i wouldn't be surprised if you know we saw聽
something similar start maybe like this you know聽聽

maybe we chop around and make another bull pennant聽
and if that happens i will make a video and we聽聽

will project a new price target to the upside who聽
knows that is just a total guess there is nothing聽聽

that i'm basing that on other than the fact that聽
we just had a bull pennant break out successfully聽聽

so no idea if that's going to happen again but i聽
would not be surprised to see it happen again okay聽聽

so zillow uh stock price prediction it is in the聽
books as confirmed and we met our price target聽聽

and that trade is done okay so no more zillow聽
on the books for us and uh that said you know i聽聽

do like zillow as a stock so i will be watching聽
it closely and looking for new patterns to play聽聽
