Hi my name is Tonya Byrd and I am

with Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners

in Peachtree City Georgia.

And today we're talking about data privacy and what happens

when you use sites like Zillow Redfin

and realtor dot com.

So sites like these they actually take your data

and when you express interest in a house they take your

information and they send it over to an agent

who has paid to receive your lead and this agent might

not even know anything at all about the house

that you're asking about because they're

not even the listing agent.

And speaking of using sites like this they actually

encourage other companies to start sending ads on your

social media and when you're on the Internet browsing

around start seeing all these ads pop up about

house buying and how selling.

So what do you do if you want to be incognito and search

on the Web and not worry about your data being sold off

to the highest bidder or getting these

targeted ads coming your way.

Well one thing you can do is download my

Keller Williams app.

Keller Williams does not sell your data and your data is kept

private and you won't get targeted by ads

while you're on the app or in other places either.

So let's go take a peek at what the app looks like.

Pop into the KW app here and we're going to click on my

location so you can see it zooms in and knows

where I am located.

You can scroll out and down here to Peachtree City.

Let's see if we can find something on the lake.

Here's a cute little house on the lake.

I'm going to click on it and I can scroll through

the pictures to where I can see the different

pictures that this house is the outside the inside.

And if I want to scroll down to get more information

on the house itself it shows me more information

on the House such as where it's located what kind

of schools it goes to.

There's some Keller Mortgage that helps save on your

closing costs.

If I really liked this house I can come up

here and hit the heart button that saves it to my collection.

And there's also my husband's collection out here as well

as a different collection. I save.

So you can save more than one collection.

So get a pop over your two saved you can see

the different collections you have Toms favorites.

My favorite.

So when you add a CO buyer to your app both

of you can see what the other person is liking

about the house.

So these are as Toms collections and the one

that he liked.

To add that co-buyer you would go under your

information and there's an add co-buyer button

and you would invite that person in.

You can also share the app.

So when I click share the app it gets my unique

app over to your CO buyer.

So you both can collaborate on the home buying process.

We also have buying and selling guides

so if you wake up at 3:00 a.m.

in a cold sweat and want to know where

you are in the process you can pop open your app

and read where you are in the home

buying process.

You can do that for the selling process as well.

Going to hop on over here so you can also

see the news feeds.

This tells me when Tom likes certain homes

so I know I can go to his favorites

and check that out.

So this app was recently released and we anticipate

that there'll be upgrades as time goes on so don't

forget to go down there and download the app
