without putting any money of my personal

money into it and so now I'm at a point
where in order to say get out of this

stalemate how do I decide how much money
at this point should I be putting into

the business to be able to scale yeah
sometimes it's a benefit not to have

money because when you don't have money
you have creativity you like if as long

as you got a commitment you're like oh
my god there's money for somebody else

so in the roofing business I'm just
gonna go get people to give me money I'm

gonna start knocking on doors banging
doors out selling rust get people to

give me money if I didn't have any money
today what would I do

I'd go out there and start getting money
I'd sell stuff hey these shoes man can I

sell the shoes kind of sell the jeans
gonna sell the shirt can I sell the

watch it's just got to be committed
right I don't want the watch I want the

money I want the money because I want to
grow my business so where there where

you like creativity you lack commitment
right when when you when you're blocked

and you don't have answers it's because
you lack commitment whatever it is you

want to whatever you want to go to so I
always just ask the big question hey

what I got to do to sell the place out
you know what do I have to do to replace

now how liquid your business I'm

thinking you have a bunch of money set
aside well I'm actually I tapped into

because you're saying you gotta get

something I I want to stash some of that

real estate

people sit on more cash than they need

be forced to ditch payroll who's got my

would probably take invested I wouldn't
have my attention on it by the way that

would be 450 I'd buy a passive income
I'd buy it when I buy these big real

estate buildings all I think what I'm
doing is buying another flow easiest way

for me to do it I'm just gonna buy that
flow and let that build and sit there

then I come to work as soon as I close

that one deal and I buy that flow let's
say I bought 40 million that's 2.4

million dollars where the income every
month I'm gonna get a check for 200

took 40 million I shoved the whole 40

so it's stay broke hustle not an idea
