First point for crypto trading, how to start it?

First of all, know what is Crypto Trading

Before going to crypto trading let us understand what crypto is.

What is crypto? See, crypto is a new generation asset class.

You not only trade in Reliance or SBI today, if you want you can trade in gold as well.

You can do trading in crude oil. Did you know that crude oil is shot up due to war?

Crude oil traders earned a lot of money by this, do you know?

So, you can also do it. Just as crude, gold, and forex are currency, in the same way

we have a new asset class which we call crypto currencies. In the past, the very first crypto currency was bitcoin.

Since it is about trading then I will end it real quick. Bitcoin was the 1st blockchain based

cryptocurrency whose work is to keep the leisure of its transactions but keeping it in public.

By this there will not be fraud taking place. Due to that it is decentralized, centralized meaning the power is with the company.

The minors of bitcoin around the world, apparently those are too much. So, it is open to the public.

So, bitcoin came, a cryptocurrency whose demand was high. You know there were Ukraine wars, Russia wars.

The global 30% have fallen, and have broken.

Maximum Russians have put their money to cryptocurrency, in Bitcoin, in Ethereum. Because they have the trust that it won’t break beyond this and it has a better future.

So this is a safe heaven for a lot of things. Now, this is some utility.

I have said that fundamental utility has come here.

The second cryptocurrency is Ethereum which was too much.

I will explain it in Hindi, a simple language. It took itself a level above, now on my blockchain you cannot just keep the account,

you can make software just like IOS is a base.

Meaning, Android is base. The applications are made just like the YouTube application

on which you are watching this video. Like that, Ethereum said to make any application on itself which will be decentralized in which you can put anything.

So, Ethereum gave the power of making a lot of applications on itself by which a lot of applications were made

which we call as DAPP. ‘D’, ‘A’, ‘P’, ‘P’, there are too many decentralized applications. If you google the list of DAPPs then you will find it.

There is a DEFI thing that has come because of Ethereum.

Decentralized finance.

Centralized meaning all the money, all the power is of HDFC, all the power of ICICI. Decentralized Finance meaning the power is of no one.

This is the power of all those participants who are participating together in this process.

So, decent finance came by which the use increased and a thing came as NFT, Non Fungible Token. Then came the Metaverse,

so many things are there. I will definitely make a video on this, have patience.

Now let’s talk about trading. Meaning its utility has come.

So, this is Bitcoin, Ethereum. By watching Ethereum, 10 more competitors were born.

Solana, Polka dot, Cardano, we don’t know how many more competitors were formed. Their price increased.

Brother, see, as you used to think it is air and there is no fundamental, it is not like that, there are a number of usages.

Alright, so Ethereum, Ethereum 2.0 will also be coming.

So, these developments were done in crypto space. A little bit of fundamental talk was done.

So, I think we have cleared the first point, what were the benefits. Second point, how to start crypto trading?

So you have learnt what crypto is,

it is a necessity, it has demand. Where there is demand, supply there you get the opportunity of trading.

Wherever people are buying and selling even for investment purposes, there comes the opportunity of trading.

So, let’s come to the third point, brother, it is not legal at all. A lot of people from among us the thing that it is not legal.

If you live in India, then you must have heard that India has put a 30% tax.

And now I will tell you one thing, if the government has put tax on anything,

is the government taking tax on drugs? No it is not because it is illegal.

Government can take tax from only those things whom it expects to be a legal entity.

And let’s assume there is debate on this tax talk so let me tell you one thing that the Indian government,

in our country, forex company is illegal, that can’t work. You will not find even one forex company that would be registered in India which does trading.

All of them are registered from outside and doing their work.

But you will find a lot of Crypto companies that are registered from India. Just google Indian Cryptocurrency company.

The registered companies which are working on India’s land. So, definitely bitcoin is not a legal tender in India.

Only Indian rupees are legal tender in India. Even gold is not a legal tender in India

and the share of reliance is also not a legal tender. Similarly Bitcoin is also not at a legal tender in India

but doing trading is legal.

So, let me tell you the third point, it is totally legal to do trading using Crypto Currencies.

Now let's come to How to start it?

See, for starting first of all what you need? You need to have an account.

Come over here. If I bring you to my laptop. This is a Zerodha account.

I can do the buying and selling of reliance in the Zerodha account. If I want to buy or sell bitcoin, then I have to open delta.

See, there are a lot of brokers but I will show you the broker which I use personally by myself. So, I use this

and here you set your leverage. If you need 50x leverage, 10x, or 20x.

So we have selected 10x leverage. Like this if you click on buy here

then it will be bought. It will be bought from here and the Ethereum will go up.

So, we can trade there. You can take out this chart and you can do detailed analysis.

In this risk management is of two type If you have experince and done Ethereum chart, i am opening daily chart

Here including stop loss isn't mandatory But definitely compulsory to add

This isn't any tip This is mandatory to add stoploss

It doesn't take place like that It cuts at 17%

That is the company's risk management When you have opened your account

But you can have a loss So the main tool of risk management is

to add stoploss Don't even try to trade without adding your stoploss in crypto currencies

Second day risk management is this point leverage do you see here?

This leverage here 50x is very bad 20Fix is very big

20 is set You will keep this at 5 or 10x and then trade

Then only you can perform trade or else you will fetch a big loss Make sure you are only trading with 5 or 10x

With 25x I trade sometimes when I think the reward here is big and risk is small

So can perform sometimes Should never do 5ox

It somewhat turns like gambling that you feel like, let's take this risk

So I said won't take it above 10x and 5x

The Psychology you need What kind of psychology do you need for crypto trading?

The number one psychology you need for crypto trading is less greed

So you think to trade all day, whole day

This cannot happen

May be you might have a capital But there's also an emotional capital named thing and that tells you

that limitation is also a thing Make sure you are not trading more than 2 trades per day

May it move towards profit or loss

If conitnously 2 stoploss get hit

The stop over trading as you can blow up your account

And if continuously you are earning 2 profits

Protect your profits

If you What do we think that profit will come and go?

as this profit is added to your capital

Then this new profit and your capital will fetch you a new capital You start to love this

You learn to manage this

So make sure no. 1 psychology No over trading because the market is opened for 24*7

You think you have to trade all the time

So first thing, No Second thing

The psychology should be having to earn a large amount

Have to big money How will that be possible

The example I gave you

That bro sometimes it falls It directly falls

When it falls Let's see here

Bro if we shorted

So anytime stoploss will add in system It's compulsory

On system Won't add target in system ever

What will you do for target What will you do is will make 2-3 targets and trail that

Or else you write hold and trail

that you bring your stoploss a bit down

When doing the crypto trading So you can earn more money

Sometimes crypto gives a big move

You can't even imagine Sometimes in a day I have earned 8000-1000 dollars

And lost about 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000 maximum

Not more than that I have lost But profits I have gained was of 1000 dollars-8000 dollars

Once did till 15000 dollars So that is it

You need to keep your profits opened

Stoploss long You need to not over trade

These are the few things Third thing is to no gambling

Sometimes people undertake gambling mentality and undergoes huge loss "No gambling mentality" is what you need over here
